Excellent service!

My husband and I had a lovely time and were very satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit the capital and also be near to the centre.

First rate hotel - Great location, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms

I checked out many hotels for our stay in Reykjavik. This seemed to be the one most tours stayed at so I booked it. Not disappointed at all and I'm picky! Luisa and Marta at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly and willing to help us. One of them recommended the volcano tour and SO happy we took her advice. It was speedy, but worth it. They offered to store some groceries (and wine) for us in their refrigerator. Rooms were clean and quiet and had room marketing shades which was a blessing during the summer solstice week. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making adding to our memorable experience in Reykjavik!

Great stay

Hotel is located near tourist spots, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and a bus stop. The staff were very nice and helpful about tourist bus and airport bus reservations. The room is cozy, good size and modern. They provided a wireless phone for local free calls and internet access.

Great location in Reykjavik

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel in June 2019. Very clean and room larger than expected. Excellent blackout curtains and very nice breakfast buffet. Front desk staff helpful and kind. The location was perfect and near an excellent restaurant. I would stay here again and recommend it highly

Downtown Reykjavík

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean with good yet overpriced breakfast buffet and comfortable albeit smaller than anticipated rooms. Our room faced the Main Street, and it was pretty loud when we left the window open. Of course, it was great being located so centrally. Granted, everything in Iceland is highly overpriced.
