How to Get There
Stayed here for one night then two, style about the place. Rooms were comfortable, staff especially Ricardo were great. Very near to all central BA attractions ie placa de mayo, casa rosada, obelisk. Lovely bar area, our only gripe first night no hot water, city centre so not over noisy but take ear plugs. Arrived at 7am, no check in until 3pm but we could get in at 1 or pay $22 and get in now. Well the room was ready so why pay? First night we left at 515am second visit 9am. Overall enjoyed it. Gracias Ricardo.
Nicely decorate hotel. Love our room, clean and comfortable. Staffs were attentive and friendly.
Location close to attractions and other amenities. Would be our first choice in Buenos Aires. Would come back again. Thanks
I came to Buenos Aires by myself and am so so happy I chose this hotel! Not only was it clean, lovely rooms and in a great location for tourism, the staff were SO helpful considering I knew nothing about the city or where to go/what to do! If you are looking to stay somewhere while visiting the city, stay here!
Fantastic stay is beautiful historic hotel. It is well located for for tourist accommodation, though a little way away from the upmarket shopping precinct. There were enough shops and restaurants nearby however. Well placed for walking tours of the city.
From the minute you walk into the lobby area of the Savoy you are struck by the beauty of the hotel. From the grand sweeping staircase to the wonderful and highly decorative lobby bar and restaurant this hotel has an amazing feel. The staff we came into contact with were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay in their hotel special. It has all the amenities that you would expect from a great hotel but these are not fully on view but tucked away so as not to distract from the historical story the Savoy conveys.
We took an upgrade to stay in a room which had a view of the main street with a slightly larger floor plate. This was well worth the extra we paid for this. The room was large, modern and could fit all our bags open.
