How to Get There
We loved our four day stay. The location is great in Palermo, the concierge is top-notch, the excellent breakfast included, and there is an evening happy hour. Bonus is the charming garden, and rooftop pool.
My husband and I visited Buenos Aires in December of 2018. I found this wonderful boutique hotel from the great reviews I read on Trip advisor. They were all spot on!! We arrived early in the morning and they made every effort to give us a wonderful room so early. The room was clean, spacious and quite comfortable, The bathroom was well appointed as well! The entire front desk staff was helpful with restaurant advice to places of interest to visit. Breakfast was delicious. You were able to order off of a regular menu for eggs, french toast and other items in addition to the fresh bread, and yogurt with granola that was given to you upon seating. The staff was delightful!! The weather was fabulous so we were able to sit in the little courtyard outdoors and enjoy a peaceful and beautiful start to our day. The location in Palermo Hollywood is terrific. Many restaurants are nearby as is the metro. Please remember to bring your original passports documents when exchanging money. You will not be able to do so with a copy!!!! We alerted the front desk to that for future guests!!! On the top floor there is a tiny but adequate pool with some lounge chairs to relax. we never used it because we just dont know how to relax, but it looked very inviting!!!
We loved the location, staff, cleanliness and the local charm of the hotel. I would return in a flash and suggest making this your Buenos Aires choice!!
We stayed three nights in this hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast exceptional. We especially enjoyed having a glass of wine in their charming garden in the late afternoon. And the staff is terrific-always helpful and courteous. This is a great base for a BA visit.
We highly recommend Fierro Hotel and their restaurant, Uco. Where to begin? Upon walking inside the boutique hotel we were warmly greeted in near perfect English. We expected a small hotel room, but were delighted to see a large room, stylishly decorated. The bed and sofa are both comfortable, the shower nice with good water pressure and nice towels. Overall a wonderful hotel. To top it all off, the hotel staff were remarkably friendly and helpful! They arranged a private tour of the city that we highly recommend, and were continually helpful with suggestions.
The restaurant was superb with freshly made food and delightful service.
We stayed here for two nights and the hotel was excellent and clean. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. We walked the area in the day and at night and always felt safe. They had a complimentary wine tasting included and it was great to try some Argentinian wines and learn about the wine areas. Quiet room and wonderful breakfast included. There restaurant had great food.
