This is the perfect place

The location is excellent - very near all the main sites. The staff on the front desk are really superb - they just can't do enough to help. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready, however, we were shown another room if we wanted to get settled. Nothing was too much trouble and the room itself was delightful. Everything worked perfectly and we were given really good restaurant choices for dinner.

Wonderful small hotel in excellent location

We experienced excellent service from a friendly and personable staff. (Tips are never mentioned but FYI you can leave an envelope at the front desk for the whole staff.) Whenever we had a small problem, they attended to it promptly and seemed to welcome all feedback. Our room on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable and quiet. The honor bar in the kitchen gives guests easy access to good snacks and drinks at all hours. The reasons for giving only 4 stars may simply reflect my preferences. The rooms have great closets and drawers but very little free floor space. The bathroom sinks (with mirrors above) are fully incorporated into the bedroom so there is no privacy. The toilet section (complete with bidet) does not have a separate light for night time use. These are minor issues and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A lovely small hotel in Buenos Aires

Casa Calma Hotel, Buenos Aires is a small boutique hotel in a good and relatively quiet location. There are only two rooms per floor, and I stayed in a lovely room on the 9th floor (top floor of the hotel). The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a small area on the ground level where breakfast is served. They also have an honesty system whereby you can get sandwiches, snacks and drinks at all hours - and you just need to write down on the board your room number and what items you have taken. This is then charged to your room. When we were leaving the hotel for the airport, the staff were able to book a car from a reputable company to collect us. I would be very happy to recommend this hotel and would also be very happy to stay there again!

We have just spent a very pleasant three nights at the hotel.

All staff are great and a credit to the hotel. Mention of Dario and Claudia who checked us in and provided a wealth of information as well as completing the process efficiently and without fuss.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great position with good restaurants and amenities close by.

Breakfast room is small but covers most things well. Eggs etc can be made to order.

All in all a great place to stay and provides great value for money.

Thank You Casa Calma
