How to Get There
Prince Albert Guest House is the perfect location for a trip to Provincetown. it is ideally situated right at the end of the busy part of Commercial street. Close enough to the action and enjoy great people watching but also west enough to be quieter and relaxing. Great front patio and back patio. from the front patio you can see the water. The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, AC is fantastic. Inn is quiet and innkeeper Paul provides a peaceful positive experience. He is a very gracious and friendly host. Breakfast is great, warm mini muffins every morning. Happy Hour in the afternoon. Umbrellas at the ready when we had a downpour. I will stay here many times over.
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time staying in Provincetown at the Prince Albert guest house. Paul was incredibly friendly and made our stay so much better! We had the best view in the house!
A few hours ago, I reluctantly boarded a ferry to return to Boston, after a fantastic four night stay at the Prince Albert Guest House in Provincetown. The owner Paul, made my husband and I feel totally at home, and our room was beautifully appointed with everything you could ask for in a guest room. We were initially welcomed by the equally warm Trish, who is on staff there. Our room (Room #1) looked directly (across the street) out on the Provincetown Harbor, so we woke up to the sight of sailboats anchored offshore, beautiful sunrises, and enjoyed equally beautiful sunsets. The Prince Albert is located right on Commercial street, so you are close to everything - but far enough away from the hustle and bustle - to provide for a good nights sleep each evening. You won't find a better location than this one in Provincetown, and I can't wait to go back!
Paul the manager is wonderful! You feel like you are a guest at his own home. The location is excellent and walking distance to everything. The B&B is located in the end of the main street and just at the right place to be quiet at night but close to restaurants, galleries, and coffee places. Paul had sent us a list of restaurant recommendations and we were not disappointed. The breakfast takes places in the house's main dining room and has plenty options for all. There is also a happy hour with drinks which you can enjoy in the patio - great for people watching and meeting other guests.
Our room was very small so we barely had room in the bedroom to move around and the bathroom was so small that it was hard to take a shower. I do realize the B&B was in prime location but the price does not in any way match the facilities, very expensive for what you get.
My partner Erin and I had a lovely stay at Prince Alberts. The location was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful and meticulously kept. Paul puts out a very nice breakfast each morning, with delicious bagels and waffles! While we didn’t make it to “happy hour” it seemed like a wonderful perk we will look forward to in our future stays.
