Great quick visit

I stayed in Room 3 at the Prince Albert Guest House last week and it was a fantastic stay. Paul, the inn keeper, was gracious and welcoming. The home is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. I was in room 3, which is overlooking Commercial Street and there is a beautiful view of the bay across the street. Having parking available was key - although it was about two blocks from the property. I was traveling "off season" and the rate was a very good value. I would definitely return.

Delightful getaway

In April, my partner and I were in Boston for the marathon and, on a whim, we decided to get out of the city and visit P-town for an overnight. What a great decision! We chanced upon the Prince Albert Guest House and were enchanted by its Victorian exterior. Fortunately, this being the very earliest of the season, there were a couple of rooms available. Paul, our host, was very accommodating and charming. He advised us on where we might see the best sights and find the best nibbles in town- oysters for a $1 at Mac's! We enjoyed a complimentary happy hour with several other guests as we viewed the water by the outdoor fire before the evening's activities. We retired to a freshly cleaned and well appointed room albeit one of of the smaller rooms in the house. Perfect for us. The entire house seemed to be newly renovated and full of objets d'art. We slept soundly in a very comfortable bed and woke to join a few other couples and singles for breakfast. Paul had everything prepared and greeted everyone with a smile and kind words. The dining area was a tad bit cramped for eight but in season I imagine folks would enjoy breakfast and conversation on the patios rather than inside. Sadly we had not planned on staying for more than one night because surely we would have. We highly recommend the Prince Albert and the hope you enjoy the same delightful attention we received from our host and the staff.

Lovely and convenient

My sister and I came to celebrate her birthday with friends in town and found a nice deal online to stay here. Paul and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful, there was a happy hour and access to snacks/drinks after hours, plus breakfast was delicious. Thanks to Paul and his team for a wonderful stay! I’d absolutely come back.

We stayed for two nights just before the P-Town season really kicked in. Paul is doing great with the house and made us feel right at home. The house is in a great location and it's beautiful! We'd certainly recommend staying at the Prince Albert Guest House, and we'd definitely stay again on future trips!

Always a great stay. Was there when Paul opened for this season. He made some great upgrades throughout the house during the winter, and is always super attentive. He made improvements that open up many of the rooms while maintaining the great feel and quality of the property.
And always puts out a nice spread for breakfasty enticement.
Worth a look. Great Location and Great Views!
