Great location

This is a very hard location to review as there are so many really amazing things about this inn but some elements that are less welcoming.
The premises are beautifully presented with amazing attention to detail. David & Andrea have given deep thought to the decor and have added lots of beautiful touches.
Andrea's cooking comes from the heart - her cookies and muffins are amazing and after a day of sightseeing a delight. Breakfast is lovely but the croissant with ham and cheese just too much, especially the fried egg.
My biggest concern was that it is hard to relax and feel at ease?
David has lots of local knowledge and advice but is not really welcoming.
I sense he has created a fabulous environment but is anxious that guests will spoil it by eating ir drinking in grid rooms or damaging furniture? This is understandable and a potential consequence of owning a B&B but perhaps he needs to trust his guests to respect the environment and treat it with care?

Superb in every way

David and Andrea have a gift of taking good care of their guests. The Chatham Gables Inn exceeded our expectations. The food was extraordinary and the eye for detail amazing throughout the Inn. What a wonderful stay.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

David and Andrea were gracious hosts in every way. They were eager to share tips about how to get around Cape Cod and suggest restaurants and activities. Andrea's breakfasts were incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. The Inn itself was very quaint and had lovely touches, such as quality soaps and shampoo, linens, and luxurious pillows and throws. CGI is also in a great location; close to the ocean, village shops and restaurants, and access to main roads, heading to Hyanis or Provincetown. My husband and I would greatly recommend staying at this very special Inn.
