5* Experience

From the moment you arrive at Grand Bellevue you know you're somewhere special. From the complementary drinks to the bags promptly taken to your room, you couldn't feel more welcomed when you first arrive.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable topped with beautiful views you could enjoy from the balcony. You get full access to the spa which has more amenities than you could ever need.

The breakfast choice was extensive, cooked to order as well as the buffet was plenty to set you up for the day. The hotel bar has beautiful decor and drinks can also be enjoyed outside on a sunny day. We enjoyed the sushi which the chef delivers to you personally and ensures it's to your liking.

It's a short walk into town but other towns are easily accessible via public transport/short car rides. We visited during summer without a car and weren't short of local hiking trails. If you want visitor recommendations Victor is your guide! He found us places we would never have found ourselves and even arranged the hotel shuttle to ensure we got there.

It's the little things at Grand Bellevue that makes it a true 5* experience. The pastries left for you in the evening, complementary use of the mini bar, the newspaper delivered to your door each morning puts this hotel noticeably above the rest. However it's that staff that really go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. I would particularly like to extend my thanks to Olivier, Isabella and Victor who made us feel so welcome.

This trip was special for us as it's a little more than we'd usually spend. We 100% felt it was worth it. One of the best holidays we've had!

Best hotel in Gstaad

Le Grand Bellevue is from far the best hotel in Gstaad: perfect location, just a few steps from the town center, large bright rooms decorated with a lot of taste and nice views over the mountains, cosy atmosphere, superb Spa, amazing buffet breakfast, but what really makes a difference is the kindness of the staff, you can feel that employees are happy to make clients happy! Great experience, thank you!

Very nice hotel

We stayed at the hotel for a long week-end and it was a nice experience. Our room on the 4th floor was beautiful, and the pool/spa area is very large and a great place to relax. We had dinner at the restaurant Leonard (1 Michelin star) and this was very disappointing. The menu is very basic, nothing like you would expect for a 1 star restaurant (plus, we were told that several of the items were not available, but only when we were placing our order !).
