Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at Sant Francesc and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palma! The hotel is in a geat location, close to shopping and could walk to anything we wanted. We took a dinner recommendation from the concierge (Marina Bay Palma) and it was one of the best meals we had during our stay!

We had an issue with our room's air conditioner and were out of our room most of the day so didn't realize it until 10-11PM when we returned to go to bed. The hotel quickly put us in a new room and slipped a note under our door for breakfast the next morning. Service was the best we've seen in a while!

The pool was very relaxing and enjoyed lunch on the patio. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate you. We would love to return!

"Five Star Plus Staff & Service"

Five star design even with a smaller room. Ideal old town location.Pristine in its cleanliness and upkeep of a reborn beautiful Mallorcan villa. Fantastic restaurant for dinner and great breakfast buffet with menu options. Best of all is the five star PLUS staff and service. From Miguel the GM to Sabrina at that the front desk and the smiling housekeepers we were made to fell welcome and right at home during our entire stay. This is our hands place stay in Palma and recommend without hesitation to everyone.

Superb design and re-imagination of space

The hotel is set in the structure and foundations of a Mallorcan family home that sat empty and dilapidated for 30 years. It's now been transformed into a 5 star hotel with exacting attention to detail.

Neutral colours dominate and the interior design and furnishing is definitely modern, understated luxury.

Bed's were comfortable and rooms were well appointed with modern accessories such as USB ports by the bed side.

Bathrooms are considerately designed and the water pressure is good. The handles to open the shower door could be larger so fingers can have more purchase as our hands slid off a few times.

A good quality breakfast is served although the positioning of the water is a bit awkward as it's right next to a dining table usually filled with people. Also, a few times there were no glasses left to pour into.

The gym is down a rabbit warren of some stair cases - one has to wonder how they managed to move the machines down there in the first place, but it's a good touch by the hotel to provide these amenities.

You can tell throughout the hotel that they really care about preserving the history, while putting in a lot of effort into providing the best and most unique guest experience.

Judging from the fire safety map, it seems every single room is bespoke and designed to fit around the odd shapes and sizes of the structure of the family home it sits within.

The ground level courtyard and pool deck areas are also first class and great for spending time in, depending on your mood. The pool deck could be improved by providing some additional privacy or some way to dampen the noise of neighbours / other users. Perhaps some seats that could be structured to be more secluded to give the area a more exclusive and private feel. The general level of noise also quite high so it would beneficial to break this up somehow to create a more relaxed feel.

Overall my wife and I were extremely impressed with this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
