The best hotel we’ve stayed at so far in France

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The room was enormous with an stunning bathroom & all of it was sparkling clean. The hotel has a cosy guest lounge & serves/sells wine/alcohol at a very reasonable price for you to enjoy in your room or the lounge/terrace area. I only wish that the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the garden more. Sadly we had an early start in the morning & didn’t have breakfast but it smelt amazing when we were leaving. Can not recommend Domaine de Bayeux enough as a fantastic place to stay

Our room was Juno in the main house on the first floor and we could not have been happier!

From the moment we arrived, which was a short walk and easily accessible from the train station, we received a warm and friendly welcome.

The breakfast here hosts a number of home made, local and organic produce. It makes for a plentiful breakfast selection that is very tasty.

The room itself was wonderful. A very good size and it had an excellent view of the garden.

The whole place is maintained to a high standard and is not only within easy walking distance of the train station, but also the main town.

Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I can not say enough good things about this location. They are conveniently located walking distance from the train station and the center of the old town of Bayeuax . The property was beautiful and the accommodations were everything I had hoped. We stayed in the Orchard Extension which is located a brief walk from the main building, we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy it offered. Everything was new and very modern in comparison to the main building but the design does not clash with the surroundings. I would highly recommend this property if you are in the area for Normandy D-Day tours, it is a short walk to tour bus pick up locations and the town itself is absolutely charming. All the Restaurants and shops were very good and accommodating if you don't speak French.
