How to Get There
My family and I, absolutely loved our stay at this charming hotel. The staff and hotel were amazing. The room had was very clean and nice. The wonderful staff went out of their way to help us and answer questions.
Our three day stay at Domaine de Bayeux could not have been better! I am so glad we chose this hotel. It's location was quiet but very close to all the downtown activities (we walked everywhere, including from the train station). We stayed in the newer extension since I wanted to ensure we had air conditioning (we were visiting in August). The rooms were very spacious, wonderfully appointed and had all the modern touches we needed. The bathrooms were similarly modern and had all the necessary conveniences. The older, main house was wonderful as well. We spent each evening recuperating from the days activities at the main house with a cold beverage! I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
The hotel is a beautiful mini chateau set in lovely tranquil gardens, yet it's location is only a 5 minute walk away from the cathedral and town. Beautiful rooms, wonderful new bathroom, ample parking and friendly staff who were only too happy to suggest restaurants and then reserve a table for dinner for us. I would highly recommend it and hope that I will have the opportunity to stay there again.
