Hotel is ok but nothing special
Reviewed 3 days ago

The pool was a construction site. The food is highly priced but not that great. There is no evening dinning area and the bar area is small. I think they expect you'll eat out and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

The staff are nice and polite, the rooms are large and clean. The bed is nice and comfortable.

If you just want a nice room then this is a good place to go but it isn't special.

The wifi is really poor and you'll be charged more for a faster connection to the internet. I found that the hotel wifi was broken and was told by staff to use the meeting room wifi which I don't think would have benefited me much if i had chosen to pay for a better internet connection. For a hotel named the *Domain* hotel I expected better.

The walls are a bit thin, I could always hear guest music and loud talking but this didn't impact my sleep.

Alex the shuttle guy is superb!

Alex is the reason I feel you should consider living here at the domain hotel. He is nice, helpful and always on time. He knows all the buildings and destinations I want to go and knows when to take which route. A superb person!

I would have rated the hotel lower without Alex's service.

This is the feeling comes to mind after several visits! I really respect the staff they are the first person contact in making your stay comfortable. I love the location right is the area to walk it needed to eat and shop! The comfort of the beds is good for a night rest and a friendly bar area is extra touch for food and drinks. I will stay again! Thanks For the service!

Great Stay and Helpful Staff!

I had a wonderful week at the Domain Hotel. The location had wonderful distance from restraints. Quick note you can ask for a microwave for the room if need be. The front desk were quick to meet my every need and dumb questions. The Shuttle driver, Alex, was a highlight of staying at the hotel since he always provided help and was always positive driver for me every morning. Alex knew the Silicon like the back of his hand and always provides safe passage. The walls are a bit thin tho so if sleeping have earphones in.

Cheap in price but it comes with some compromises. Service is great. Air conditionning is truly noisy and I couldn't sleep with it on. Room is comfortable and does the job. I imagine this is what you can expect at this price level.
