Hidden costs and bizarre authorizations
Reviewed 22 hours ago

Lackluster property with poor communication; we checked in with a credit card. We made our reservation with Hotels.com. We checked the rate with the check in staff. The next day, we receive a text from American Express that the hotel had submitted an authorization, without the card, for $150 more than the reservation amount. Why? They have a $50 per day security deposit that is taken off at check out if not needed and a $12 per night parking fee. Neither of those were mentioned by the front desk staff at the time of check in.

It needs improvements

Overall disappointed, good location but that's it. The hotel is clean as expected to be, they charge you for parking when other hotels don't. They have tried to charge me for buffet breakfast while I only had continental. I was locked out of my room in a few occasions due to a malfunctioning door. Some small items were threw away during cleaning.

Great service but shaky rooms

Recently stayed while interviewing for a company. The staff was nice, especially the driver Alex who calmed my anxiety right before the on-site. The room (#232), however, was shaking very early in the morning for a while, which seems to be coming from doing the laundry. I checked online and there didn't seem to be an earthquake during that time, and it shook for longer than a moment. Other than that, everything else was great.

Great bar service

Had a great time at the domain. Bartenders Andrew and John were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was quiet with nice lounging chairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, fun place to stay.

Amazing staff, amazing drinks Andrew and Jeff made the stay perfect, I will be back without a doubt! Thanks for everything. The pool is perfect. I can't wait to come back. Try the space dust in the fridge or have Andrew pour you a eight of five
