Excellent Property

The well manicured property and excellent staff are worth a visit to Pacifica Suites. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Thank you for your thorough room attendance, Senobia. Thank you, Adrienne, for a fabulous breakfast served with a smile! I will be back!!

Very Nice hotel.

Rooms were superb. Very clean, great beds. Staff very friendly.
Only downside was there was no restaurant at the hotel. We had driven 150 miles that day & just wanted to eat & drink at the hotel or nearby but there is nothing around this location so you have to drive. Breakfast was provided but was poor.

Close to UCSB but beware of room 103
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We stayed at Pacifica Suites this past weekend to move in our freshman. The hotel is very close to campus - which was great. And breakfast was nice - it look one more thing off our our plate in an already difficult weekend. However, we were placed in room 103 which, apparently, backs up to the laundry room. Both mornings we were jolted awake - literally - by the washers and/or dryers vibrating against the wall. It started very early and kept on going - for hours. And it wasn’t just the wall that vibrated, the floors shook as well. Not super peaceful. And I’m sure this isn’t the first time this issue has come up - it would have been nice to have a warning. That combined with the pretty old condition of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, means that we won’t be back. I already scheduled our return for parents weekend in about a month at another local property.

Review of Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara, CA
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We've been at this place in August 2018 and returning in September 2018. The room is quiet/spacious, comfortable bed, and GOOD breakfast. Our family intends to stay at Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara, CA whenever we visit Goleta, CA.

The customer service provided by the front desk staff (especially Ms. Dona, Front Desk Supervisor) is EXCELLENT. In other words, Ms. Dona is always available to assist the travelers in general and our family in particular with exceptional service.

Good choice for a UCSB visit
Reviewed 1 month ago

With a son entering UCSB, I'm learning that Santa Barbara is a pretty pricey town when it comes to hotels. And as a NorCal guy, I didn't quite realize that the University is actually in Goleta, while Santa Barbara proper is a few freeway exits away.

Havings said all this, I found the Pacifica Suites to be a good choice. The rooms are spacious and clean and modern enough, though I wouldn't mistake these for five-star accommodations. There's no restaurant (though there is a free made-to-order breakfast), no pub, and there's not much in easy walking distance. The staff was professional and friendly, however, and parking is easy.

All in all, I'd stay there again.
