How to Get There
This was a great hotel to stay at for downtown access and it was a nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were small but clean. The underground parking was so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This Hilton was in a great location with in minutes from shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was just okay, not worth the $20.00 thought.
This hotel did not meet my expectations for service and quality compared to the price paid. The grand promises for services that never materialize began at check in. Reserved a king room No King rooms available upon arrival according to the front desk. No offer to correct the issue or compensate for the error. The room rate for a King room was reasonable based on the inclusion of a breakfast voucher. I did not receive a breakfast voucher at check in. The inconvenience for the missing voucher was to the person who skipped breakfast before an early morning business meeting. The business group contacted the hotel about the missing voucher. The hotel gave a refund of the parking fee in place of the missing breakfast voucher. The refund is a nice gesture that reduced the cost for the room (a business expense), but did nothing to address the inconvenience to the person attending the meeting. The lack of understanding about how the actions or inactions of the hotel staff impact the guest and the customer speaks volumes to me. I plan to avoid the Hilton brand in all future travel plans, for both personal and business travel.
This hotel is outdated and the rooms are dirty. Stains on bathroom floor, carpet torn and stained in the rooms, shower was rusted. The room had a slight odor. This hotel is not worth the high cost of over $350.00 a night.
The room was very good and clean. Very close to the airport and the San Jose Conference Halls. Enjoyed staying. Could have some late checkout. My conference was ending at 1.00 PM and wanted to come back to hotel after that. But there is no option to do that.
