Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday and we were so impressed with their staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Especially the restaurant staff and one person in particular. Her name is Vivian Li. What a super sweet person! She went above and beyond to server us and her positivity is absolutely contagious! She is a great resource for the hotel and one that will bring us back some day!!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend, older hotel but really modernized. Food at the breakfast buffet was excellent, rooms were spacious, service great. Great bar area downstairs and they give you a free refillable water bottle which was cute !
Great location within downtown San Francisco and reasonable rates! Would go back !

This hotel hits all the marks. Location, service, vibe, accomodations and all amazingly welcoming. The absolute BEST part was our morning host Vivian Li! What a GEM! When a person travels for work as much as I do, I appreciate the notion that I am still looked after, I feel like I am at home and though I need a ton of attention, it is remarkable that Vivian Li knows exactly how to combine all those things together. She has magic and warmth in her spirit. She made sure that I was not overlooked. She made sure that I was welcomed and as if we had just seen each other the day before. This is what makes a place stand out. She is why I will be back. She was the crown jewel of my visit to this already fabulous hotel. Thank you Vivian Li!!!!!!!

After 14 nights I realized that I chose the best hotel in San Francisco. Impressive staff, friendly and attentive. Beautiful decoration and modern spaces. What a room, I felled at home with all the details.
An infinity touristic walk distance spots with the cable car on the door. Really close to Trader Joe's and Mymy, that is the best brunch place at SF.

Great time at the stanford court

Very good views and great facilities. The rooms are in great condition, with a modern vibe and very spacious.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. John, at the front desk, has been especially helpful throughout my whole 1 month stay, providing advice and assisting with any requests I had.
Vivian Lee, breakfast cashier, had a welcoming smile every morning and she would keep my favourite items on a side to make sure they were not running out before I could have them.
The hotel provides electrical bikes which is a big plus in the hilly San Francisco.
