Outstanding service and beautiful hotel
Reviewed 2 days ago

Wow such a beautiful hotel! It definitely exceeded our expectations we came for a much needed getaway from AZ to visit our two daughters who now live here and wanted to give Nob Hill area a try. From the moment you drive in the round about drive way (unique to find in a big city) to walking through the bright beautiful lobby. Our room was very spacious, clean and felt very relaxing from the crisp decor. The floor we stayed on was themed as baseball and that was a unique touch especially since our daughters took us to a Giants game during our stay. We’d like to give Jorge a shout out from the restaurant for his very sincere kind service, thank you. Will definitely be making this our go to SF hotel. Cannot say enough how beautifully kept, quiet, all around great service and great location this little Nob Hill hotel is!

Great hotel, amazing staff!

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend for a get away to spend time with family, so we decided to stay at the Stanford Court. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a fun lobby. The views are wonderful and everyone we talked to was so friendly. Even the restaurant was tasty with awesome beers. Fun family weekend! Would love to stay here again when we visit!

Noisy, expensive, never again

Unfortunate place to stay. First floor rooms have no sound proof and sleeping is almost imposible. Elevator takes ages to take you up as they seem quite old. Many other options will be better than this one.

Great location. Great staff!

Wonderful location on Nob Hill. Walking distance to China town. Cable cars! Short Taxi ride to piers.
Food was really good when we were too tired to head out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave good recommendations as well! Beds comfortable! We got a great deal through expedia for our conference.

No Value

Rooms are average size but there are no desks, no closets - only a rolling cart, very few charging plugs. Very expensive. Very little value. For a hotel that charges business customers $500.00 + for a room in addition to a $30.00 "Urban" fee, you con't get much for your money. I know San Francisco is expensive, but one should at least get some value for your money. Even the breakfast buffet wasn't any better than a free buffet and any number of Hilton or Marriott properties.
