How to Get There
Fitness center is lacking. Lobby is interesting but not as great as the photos. Jaspers restaurant offers a casual sports bar feel and is a much less upscale experience than is offered at other properties.
Better options for dining or drinks are elsewhere.
Hotel Spero is a very nice place to stay.
Close to all main atractions of the city like Union Square, Macy´s and MArket Street.
Clean, safe and friendly also.
Black coffee every morning is also avaiable to all guests.
Stylish hotel but not soul. Good location but do not expect a view from the rooms.
Customer service is non existent. Remember that the hotel charges a resort fee of almost $40 per night over and above the room rate, which is payable at the hotel. You get wifi and coffee in the lounge for that.
Car parking is expensive. Park in the car park adjacent to the hotel parking area (its within the same garage) for almost half the price.
