A great property close to Pier 39. Slightly pricey dining options, but there are plenty of good eateries around the area to splurge yourself.
Walking distance from many attractions such as Pier 39, Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory and the Tram which takes you straight to Union Square.
If you are visiting SFO for touristy stuff, this is a great hotel to stay at.
We celebrated my birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary during our stay at the Hyatt Centric and the hotel staff ensured that we were extremely spoilt! All the staff we encountered during our stay were extremely friendly and helpful, it’s in a great location too!
Labeled a Level 5 and the highest it should have been is a 4. Staff at desk check in was very confused. Elevators are very slow. No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Coffee pot in rooms, but smelled and dirty water came out. Food was good in both restaurants. Location was nice. Customer service was not the best. Our room needed some fixes.
