How to Get There
Everything was amazing, except for the food...dinners were just okay. Pillows were WAY too soft - and flat as a pancake by morning - even the foam alternatives. Service was AWESOME through my entire stay. The room was a perfect size and very clean!! Just go elsewhere for dinner....
Stayed 3 nights. Fantastic location. Pricey hotel, but you pay for what you get. Attached is a photo of view from my room. Had high speed wifi, breakfast was great - good selection. Close walk to Chinatown, ferry building, the baseball stadium where SF giants play, financial district. A bit of a longer walk to fisherman's wharf but enjoyable.
I recently had a four day stay at the Grand Hyatt. I felt the the team at this hotel was warm and friendly and it has a decent offerings at the restaurant and club floor but it can benefit from a little revamp on the whole. This isn't my first visit, so it wasn't too different from the last visit.
