How to Get There
The staff is truly Amazing. Very helpful and with a genuine smile.
The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling.
in reference to the required 200 characters for a review, it will be a major turnoff for most customers that simply like to get to the point.
Hotel and staff were excellent and with a restaurant on site made it easy for meals, wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a great idea for relaxing and meeting other guests more hotels should do it.
Also it is right in the centre and great for getting to all the attractions.
Stayed here for two nights in June 2019. The room was quite small with only one small window overlooking the inside of the hotel. There was not much natural light. The TV had netflix and other apps which was nice. First night there was vacuuming sound in the hallway which woke me up. Lastly, the shuttle service offered by the hotel was terrible. They asked for cash deposit (who carries cash??), and the shuttle itself was in bad shape, the driver drove recklessly and played extremely loud music.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but not cramped - more describable as "efficient." The bed is comfy, the TV is quite new, and the provided workspace desk and chair are quite nice. The room is a great place to relax a bit, catch up on e-mails, and head to sleep. That makes this an ideal hotel for a busy business trip, or one on which you don't plan on spending too terribly much time in the room or need a lot of space.
The room was nice, the private balcony was great after a long day. Liz allowed me to check in early and was very kind and personable. The rate I paid for the room seemed a bit high, but overall my stay was great. My room was very quiet and I didn’t hear any outside noise which was great. He’s was ok, shower was hot with great pressure.
