very loud

We could hear every sound from the elevator dinging everytime it came to our floor, to the other room doors slamming, the military helicopter all night long from the base across the harbor to the delivery trucks at 5am.

Unfriendly receptionist.

I checked in after a long work day. The lady tells me I have to pay $25 for parking, since I have 2 cars I asked to waive one of the fees and she rudely said no. She could’ve tried and asked a manager.

Don’t go while under construction
Reviewed 7 days ago

There were multiple issues during my stay - clogged tub, broken fridge that froze my drinks, housekeeping took my stuffed animal by accident (was able to retrieve it after many calls to the front desk). They said they would update me but never did. Construction is a bit chaotic. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great Visit

This Hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. We had such a wonderful time there. The staff of the Panorama Restaurant and bar are superb. The food was delicious at every meal and everyone that waited on us were lovely. Took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could!

Construction was going on
Reviewed 1 week ago

I stayed here for a few nights in April and overall the stay was ok. There was construction going on while I was there and it slowed everything down because the workers would use the same elevators as the guests so you would seem to always stop at several other floors before getting to your desired floor. Things were pretty dusty and dirty. The rooms itslef are ok once there, but the updates seem to be much needed. The location of the hotel is bit of a ways from the downtown area and gaslamp but not bad. Just depends on the traffic from the airport and people heading to the beach. Views from the room are great and so is the weather. As I write this review in mid May it is still in the 40's where I live and I sure do miss the warm weather. Did not have time to check out the lounge and not sure if they even have one. I would suggest waiting till the remodeling is done before heading back but other than that it was ok.
