Beware of shady Meetings and Events deals.

This property is beautiful and some of the service staff were genuinely helpful but that stops with Banquet Sales. They have NO shame in promising one thing verbally and in documented email threads and then charging beyond agreed costs. My group had a regulated cap per person spend which we emphasized over and over again, even double and triple checking that the package we were being offered came within that cap all inclusive of tax and service charges. However, upon receiving contract and final bill, we were charged for what we believed was negotiated within scope of the budget - that we LABORED over with them. There was no explanation, no apologies, and no adjustments. This group is so insincere and "sales" (ie. $$) focused, I would definitely take your business elsewhere. They simply don't care about the client.

This is my favorite hotel in the Hilton Hotel. The same staff is friendly and attentive. Check in is easy with the digital key. The breakfast is first class and the staff is excellent. The beds are terrific and you can’t beat the million dollar views. The fitness center is great. I love staying at this hotel.

Beautiful sunsets right outside your window.

The Hilton brand is always a great choice, this large hotel was lovely, just steps from the Pacific. The restaurant had great offerings, especially if you love seafood. I had an amazing shrimp nacho dish with a citrusy, mango salad. It was perfect for the warm afternoon by the pools.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere except for the golf course. Can't find a grocery store or a gas station close by, just industrialized buildings and business offices. The hotel charged over $30 per day for parking which is ridiculously high given it is not near downtown or close to an amusement park. We are not in NY or SF either. The hotel itself is clean but old and run down. The walls have chips and holes. The heating/fan unit makes such a loud noise that we had to turn it off at night or you can be woken up by the noise. One sink in the bathroom along with tub/shower combo not particularly large. Room is a regular size room nothing special. There is a small frig and a very small coffee maker. The hotel gives one complimentary cup of coffee in the lobby cafe each day although there were two of us staying in the room. There is also one complimentary cocktail in the afternoon and once again, there were two of us so is this their way for us to buy the other drink? I guess I shouldn't complain given it is free but just strange how it is designed. The restaurant also offers kids eat free with adult entree. I saw someone eating with her kid and there was a discussion with a waiter about what an adult entree entails and it appears the restaurant doesn't count adult entree unless it was from a certain and (quite expensive) menu. I guess her kid did not get free meal after all. The food however was pretty good but you are paying top dollars to eat here.
If you are here to golf, this is a great place to stay. The golf course along the ocean is a beautiful site. If you are coming to visit everything else San Diego has to offer, there are other cheaper and better places to stay.
