Nostalgic Hotel from a different time
Joe P

The garden description is accurate with private garden patio view on the first floor and pool views on the 2nd floor. Quiet and calming. The hotel is from an older vintage but has been updated and appears to be maintained very well. The on-site restaurant prepared a good meal and had a nice feel. I could see this being the spot to be in the early 80's and it's still a good location. Would consider staying again.

HIdden Gem in Palo Alto

Enjoyed my stay in a very clean, spacious room with all the amenities. Enjoyed some great wine and dessert from the Poolside restaurant with all it's charm of outdoor and indoor seating. A hidden gem in Palo Alto that everyone should be aware of.

Lovely hotel!

I had stayed here before a few years ago and had a great time. This experience was just as good. We had an upgraded room with a view of lush gardens and pools. Cute little duckies walking around. The sound of the water was very restful. The room was very spacious and I liked the small touch of having fresh fruit on a table. The service was great. I also enjoyed an early morning swim in the heated pool. Wish they had had a jacuzzi. I would love to spend more days here --maybe next time!
