Very nice clean bathroom and the property looks beautiful. It is right across from the beach - great location!
We didn't stay there, only went in to use the bathrooms in the lobby, but they were really clean and everyone very very nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We actually cancelled our stay with this property after spending over an hour on the phone and being transferred 3 times trying to see if we could change our room since the entire hotel is being re-done.
Left 2 messages for the GM and she never returned them #wyndamhotels You can be sure I will not be a customer of your and certainly wont consider your vacation ownership program!!

Oceanside is awesome

Wyndham is a great location on the beach.
Our stay was very nice, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and a pull out sofa. The kitchen has all you may need to have to move in.
We made coffee each morning, bakery's in the neighborhood provided us with more than enough options, as well as a Pizza place around the corner (great salads also).
Great location, at the Pier, never need to use the car......Walk!

Don’t waste your points!

My husband and I were very much looking forward to our first adult vacation in 7 years. We had a one bedroom beach view reserved but we were told when we checked in that we had been “upgraded” to a two bedroom with a city view and there was absolutely nothing we could do about it because the resort was fully booked. I’m not sure how this is considered an “upgrade”?? Also, our new upgrade overlooked a commuter train which ran every 10 minutes and blew its horn every time it passed the resort. There were no apologies and no attempts to make it right. We will definetly not be back or ever recommend this place to anyone. Save your points and go someplace better!

Not as great if you stay

I had the pleasure of staying from December 12-15 on a timeshare stay. The hotel is pretty clean but is not an exclusive to ownership. What I mean they up-sale to the public. Be advised the Oceanside is home to military families. Anyway, like some of the tenets I was faced towards the back which the train Amtrak runs every hour 24 hours. So my friend if your thinking a restful sleep you'll won't get it here. Oh by the way to injury to insult they provide earplugs and sound-wave radio to help.

The beach and the surrounding are safe for kids but some areas can get aggressive. Last, you will smell weed smoke in the air its California what da heck live it up :)
