The Ayres Hotel room was wonderful, clean and practical. The staff was amazing and always had a smile on their face. We have been staying there for the past 4 years for an annual sports tournament and could not ask for better service or staff. The breakfast is incredible, the staff did an awesome job accommodating the line of hungry guests waiting for the made to order omelette. The omelette was well worth the wait!

We will return next year and we will always choose the Ayres to stay for our future travels!!

This was a great place! I visited Moreno Valley for 2 weeks and split my stay between 2 hotels, this was by far the best! I came down with a cold and didn't feel like going down for breakfast so I can't say how it was but I'm sure it was amazing! The bed was so comfortable and the comforter was nice and warm! The large oval bathtub was perfect for soaking, nakes me want one at home! After staying in a different hotel, I appreciated the fact that I couldn't hear much of the other guests while in my room here! The soundproofing is great! The only drawbacks I found was that the pillows were a tad too soft, I had trouble with my keycard all the time, and I kept getting lost trying to find the elevator lol. A few more signs might help that hehe. Also in the rooms it would be helpful to know that the tv channel guide is on channel 71-10 and how to use the remote, it wasn't user friendly at all (no menu or enter/select button!). And I'm all for being green but I didn't like having to use the keycard to keep the lights on. I have a bad back and use ice cubes and zipper bags to make my own ice packs when I travel, so I'm going to the ice machine a lot. That means the lights went out whenever I went to get ice! I'm an adult I know how to turn the lights off when I leave the room for good ;-) The whole place smells faintly like eucalyptus, which I don't really like. I wish they could tone it down. But seriously, overall, this was a great place and I would definitely go back again. Hopefully I won't have a cold and I can try the breakfast and I really want to try the spa! The staff were all very friendly helpful whenever I needed them, great service! I took advantage of some local delivery services since I wasn't feeling well and had no issues having things delivered to my room. I hope to return soon!!

Ayres has great customer service and a really nice complimentary breakfast. If you stay Mon-Tues, a local taco place comes and has delicious street tacos outside the lounge; nice and convenient when you don’t want to always go out!
