How to Get There
There is a review I posted back in 2013. We have been staying here often throughout the years. Feels like home when traveling and spending days away from OUR home.
Not only is the property well maintained and lovely, I find every member of this hotel staff to be amazinly courteous and accomodating. Chef Victoria will be missed as she has gone to another Ayres property but she has left a dedicated staff to continue the "great breakfast" for all of us travelers.Quicea is in the kitchen now. I'm sure the spelling of the name is incorrect.
The housekeeping staff are very efficient and helpful. Blanca has been here many years and keeps things running smoothly,
The front desk people I have known for a while. Nadia has been a favorite but not here anymore.. She has been promoted to another property in Mission Viejo. The Ayers seem to be a great company to work for. Beverliann, Jasmine, Deana are great at the front desk booking reservations and solving problems that may arise. They know who to contact if there is a problem in the hotel. There are so many great people who work here.
There are Tacos nights, drinks served in the bar/breakfast room. Very friendly atmosphere.
The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and weight room good with restroom available adjacent to the Spa for massage and other services by appointment.
Home away from home...not to mention all the shopping nearby.
We only stayed one night but I would go back again in a heartbeat. This hotel is beautiful, location is great - near a ton of shipping and restaurants, and it is white glove clean. We did not get to use the spa but I can only imagine that it is as nice as the rest of the place!
Very much enjoyed our stay at Ayres! My family and I stayed 2 nights. We had the two queen bedroom. I like how there was a wall between both beds with shutters. Made it feel like there was two rooms. My kids loved the pool and spa. The breakfast was excellent and they have tacos in the evening that are delicious. We will definitely stay at the Ayres again.
