Great Hotel in the Heart of Mammoth

The check-in process with Kimberly at the front desk was quick and painless. The Fireplace suite, where do I begin? The suite was on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. The fireplace and comfy bed were so cozy after walking back from Rafters. The kitchenette in the room was very convenient and well worth paying for the upgrade to the suite. My favorite part of the Fireplace suite had to be the bathroom. Heated toilet seat and rain shower were a definite highlight of my stay. Rafters the on property restaurant was a great place to grab a drink before bed and to have pancakes in the morning.

BAD POLICIES

WARNING. They have a 30 day cancellation policy. I tried cancelling 28 days before we arrived (supposed to arrive December 22) and they REFUSED. REALLY bad business. 30 days is alot of time and we were only 2 days away. I would STAY AWAY.

Great Old Time Feel with Modern Amenities

Very happy with our visit. Pet friendly, huge outdoor hot tub (wish it was salt water treated instead of chlorinated) and many amenities within walking distance (including Tesla Supercharger across the street). Nostalgic lobby with huge fireplace to relax, warm up and hangout at. Rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Lockers available for storage of skis in hall entryway.
