Great Property...Away from the Hustle and Bustle.

Trendy Property, Tucked Away. Excellent Customer Service. Lina at Front Desk and Yvonne Silver displayed exceptional Customer Service. Ms. Silver even walked with me, to my room, to discuss and resolve a problem we experienced with some unruly guests. We loved the hotel and the location. Also, the Hideout Cafe, was beautiful.

Kayla gave us a warm and friendly welcome at check in. She took great care of our reservation by assigning a quiet location with ample space in the room, knowing that I have a little boy with me on this trip. Our housekeeper, often forgotten and neglected, also did an amazing job making sure that our suite is clean.

The suites are spacious with plenty of space to have visiting guests or just to enjoy with a family of three or four. The design is a bit traditional, steering a bit away from the chic looking W hotels. Not as modern as I would expect from a W. The amenities in the suites are very limited, many items are upon request which can take a long time to reach your room and also is annoying for the staff because of extra work load.

STK was phenomenon! Their food was awesome and their service was also top notch. We have been going back to them 4 out of 7 nights during our stay to try almost all items on their menu!

It would have been a solid five bubble review if only the above mentioned events occurred and not this last interaction that I had with the hotel front desk staff who's in charge of responding to the Bonvey text messages. I saw a nightly valet charge on my final receipt for seven nights, which is an error on the hotel side and I totally understand that mistakes happens. I informed the front desk before departure about the mistake and the desk agent told me that she'll look into it. I got a partial refund 20 minutes later so I texted back to question why isn't it a full refund since my vehicle was never in the hotel lot. The person on the other side texted back saying she confirmed that my car was with valet for one night, without apologizing for the error of charging me for the nights that they confirmed as an error. I have to basically ask for proof from the hotel, which they cannot provide, for my car being in their lot to get my full refund on the error. My advice to all other travelers: STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CURB WITH YOUR CAR. Even leaving your car on their curb for 10 minutes at check in and giving them your name will result in a daily valet fee automatically. They do not check their lot to verify cars in their garage.

We stayed at the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills for Spring Break looking at colleges with my daughter and had a wonderful stay. Barbara and the entire W team made it very special. Everyone from valet, the front desk, room service and The Hideout were so fun, helpful, happy and polite! Look forward to staying again soon!

Had a great time at W Hotel West Beverly Hills! The entire team here was great, Barbara in concierge was amazing, as was the breakfast team and the front desk team!!! Thank you from me and my three kids!

Loved the location. Had a suite. 1 king and a Murphy bed. Living room spacious. Perfect for a family. Nice pool. Great customer service from reception to valet. Variety of Restaurants in walking distance.
