How to Get There
Just spent 5 nights here for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed it! Meeting rooms were spacious but cold. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Had to switch rooms my first night due to the air not working, but they comped me a free breakfast. Didn’t find the revolving bar/restaurant until our last night and it didn’t disappoint. Gorgeous views, good food and drinks. Cheap Uber rides to West Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach and Venice Beach.
I am shocked that Bonvoy rates this hotel as Category 6 in their rating system. It needs a massive overhaul. Nothing is new or nearly new. I have to say that Renham was lovely, who works in the main lobby Lakeside Bistro. Otherwise the hotel is dreary and we couldn’t leave fast enough.
This place was amazing, it was very big, clean, close to everything you need in DTLA. They have a food court, a mini mart, salon, restaurants and bars.
Check in was easy, Lourdes assisted us and was generous enough to upgrade our double standard room to a king with with a fantastic view of the city. Thank you Lourdes, you were so helpful and nice!
The parking is $47 for parking on the premises which I thought was OUTRAGEOUS. You can park at the WTC structure for half the price or free at a meter on the weekends.
The revolving lounge for dinner and drinks was just perfect for a quiet and romantic time with my husband. The food was delicious and the cocktails were on point!
The brewery was lackluster but the bar downstairs was good too though a little pricey.
The rooms were clean, well stocked, ac worked great and the beds were so insanely comfortable.
The pool was clean with a great view of DTLA skyscrapers. You can pick up the phone they have there and order food and drinks poolside which, quick delivery. They brought us ice cold water without asking which was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and very accommodating!
Thank you for for such a great stay, we plan on coming back soon with our kids.
