Not what we expect to get from a 4 star hotel.

The room booking was different from what we requested. We requested a King size bed but the front desk gave us a double twin size bed.
After we made a complain, then we got our King size bed.

Close to the fast food and minimarket adjacent to the hotel second and third Floor (however they were closed during weekend sinode the hotel located at downtown LA area and most of the office are closed during weekend).

Alternatively you have to walk around 15-30 minutes or take an Uber around 6-7 minutes to the nearest supermarket like target, foodcourt and Shopping center.

You can also use the service for food delivery from Uber eats, the waiting period about 1 hour.
The Courier will can only deliver your request to the hotel lobby. You need to come down and pick it up and don’t forget to give them tips around 15%.

The hotel did provide the refrigerator and the microwave, but you have to Call up the housekeeping and they will send them up to your room. Off course, don’t forget to give tips my friend.

If you need anything from the housekeeping like cleaning up your room, the waiting period is more than 5 minutes. You need to Call them up again to remind them.

Everyday, the hotel only provide 2 bottled Water, you are Free to request additional bottled Water and don’t forget to tips them.

Other things, the service was excellent from the check in, the concierge and check out time.

I have begun staying here each time I am in LA. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are all nice, staff is polite and friendly. Location is great for either driving or taking public transit. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent nights in Los Angeles
Reviewed 1 week ago

Stayed at the OMNI for two nights to enjoy Los Angeles. The first night we went to a baseball game with my hometown Cubs visiting the Dodgers. The doorman recommended that we not drive and instead take the hotel shuttle to the train station and then take the Dodger Shuttle. That was a good idea, but when we asked for the shuttle, we were told there was a large group ahead of us. We should have taken a taxi to the train station, but instead I decided to drive. Bad decision as there was no place to park. So I decided to drive to the game instead. As expected, big backup to get into parking. But the worst is the long time to get out off the parking and return home. I did notice the line waiting for the bus to get back to the train station was still quite long 30 minutes after the game, so not sure that would have been any better. Great location for our visit to the Grammy Museum, the Broad and the Art District.

an easy place for pre-concert lunch
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We went on a Sunday and, no wanting an elaborate pre-concert Sunday brunch ordered off the lunch menu. the burger was nicely done and accompanied by a decent side salad. the rest had Cobb salads which were good though slightly skimpy on some ingredients. better than kendall's.

Most welcoming hotel

I enjoyed my stay the the Omni. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I lost my phone in the cab on the way over and they went above and beyond to help me get it back by looking at the security tapes to see which cab company I used and calling them to work through pin pointing where it could be and having it brought back to the hotel. Also the free shuttle service was an incredible resource and the drivers were great..! Every time I left the hotel the guys at the front stopped me to make sure I knew where I was going.. I felt very welcome. I would most definitely stay there again!
