Very bad service and very rude manager
infoQ7181EM

It was hotel number 6 in our California Vocation and staying in the hotel spoiled the end of our Holidays. Very bad service, very rude manager. Every day You feel like in
Cheap hostel and everyone behaves with you like you are criminal.
Worse manager ever. For 6 days keys were not working 3 days. If you don’t have with you credit card that you used to pay for the hotel You can’t enter the room if the hotel keys are not working. I was staying in front of the reception late evening time with my baby, while my baby must sleep in the room that we payed for! Manager Gilbert was very rude and he told to his colleagues not to mind us. I called my husband who was in the town to bring that credit card. We couldn't go to sleep to our room!!! Terrible!
Rooms cleaning was very bad. Dust was intact for 6 days.Every day housekeeping were taking away bed linen from our baby from sofa. Late in the evening we were waiting for 45 minutes for someone to bring bead sheets and we called 3 times for 45 minutes! Our baby was sleeping on towels(((
When we were leaving the hotel we asked a man from reception to call bellman to help us with our bags, all of them was in front of us and no one wanted to go for the bags, they was fighting in front of guests that they don't want to do it!!! Man from the reception went himself for our bags.
Every day was problems(((
It’s the worst place ever. Rooms are good and comfortable but beheviers of employers is terrible. Never return to that hell again((((

Excellent

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Level. We had a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were stylish and very clean. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Whole Foods, cafes and restaurants couple minutes away. Will recommend to others.

Not good as a hotel for a business trip

Maybe this is okay for long term stay, it is not comparable as a hotel. Amenities like soap, paper towels, coffee filters -- are missing - so if you're staying for less than a week it's not worth buying all the kitchen goods you need.

Room is lovely - nice views.

TV doesn't work. Fan in the bedroom is so loud it sounds like it's going to crash onto you. Fixtures are poorly made - broke my nails trying to move an inset door. If this were an Airbnb, I could understand. However, it's selling as a hotel and just doesn't stack up when it comes to quality and value.

Another thing that happened is that they had window cleaning without giving notice. I wasn't presentable when men appeared in my bedroom window. Have never had that happen at a hotel without notice. Extremely uncomfortable and intrusive.
