Love this place

Stayed here with two friends for a week and I really loved this place. The two bedroom was perfect. Loved the fact that each unit has a washer and dryer. Whenever we needed anything the concierge was always quick and responsive. Can’t say enough about this place.

Very nice, 2 bedroom 2 bath. Clean and comfortable. Grocery store down the block, love having our own kitchen. Very modern with large windows all the way around. Enjoyed the balcony and sunny weather.Would definitely stay there again.

Nice oasis in the center of LA

Great alternative for a hotel in LA. The rooms are nice and modern, with comfortable space, good beds and very nice bathrooms. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with an extra bed (pull out sofa) in the living room. The two bedrooms (linen provided) were rather small, but just big enough and each had their own bathroom with towels provided. The living room was cozy and the open kitchen had everything we needed (stove, oven, big fridge, freezer) full equipped with pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. We also had a big washer and dryer in our room.
Check-in and check-out was very easy, valet parking provided.
There are soom nice restaurants closely (sushi in the same building) and a few supermarkets and a French bakery. Great place to live.

We enjoyed the large swimming pool a lot, as well as fitness and sun deck. It is really beautiful and well maintained. You hear the cars on the street and there was construction work going on across the street, but overall it is a nice place to sit around the pool.
There are also outside movies at summer, but we did not do this (it looked great!).

Overall, very nice property, better than a hotel (and probably cheaper), we would definitively come back.

Bad attitude of hotel staff
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I had made a triple room reservation for an one bed suite with sofa bed. However, all amenity including cup, bath soap and towels etc were for two persons only. I requested for a set of blanket, bed sheet and pillow for the sofa bed. Half an hour later, the hotel guy came with these items and I requested him to set up the sofa bed for me. He coldly replied that it’s simple by pulling it out. Reluctantly, he helped but soon he said it was out of order and asked if we would like to change room. So, we had no choice and packed up all items back to the baggages and waited for the move. The room was still terrible with a lamp in the bed room out of order and the water basin in the bath room got suck. Despite my gentle reminder to the hotel staff to provide us with the amenities for three persons the next day viz towels replacement, I was asked as if I had no experience in staying in apartment accommodation which differed from traditional hotel. We suffered for over an hour waiting for the bed sheet and moving to another room not to even to mention the cold attitude of the hotel staffs. Last but the least, the air conditioning system was terribly automatic. It stopped in the mid night with no air ventilation causing us to awake. Warm air came out! I called for assistance and the hotel guy said we could have to choose coldest temperature if we wished to have continuous air ventilation.
