How to Get There
Very good hotel with nice environment and ambiance. Very friendly staffs. Good amenities and support. Nearby good restaurants and shopping places are available. Good but limited items breakfast. I had a great stay there.
Happy with our stay. Loved the decor and vibe. Gym equipment very high quality, although variety of machines very limited. Staff seemed nice, we barely interacted with them though. Toiletries were nice and bed was comfy. All clean and shower nice and large. The things I'd improve - free bottled water was not given each day, the cool hang out spot was closed the days we were there, and the room was small for a suite. I found it pricey but I guess this is what it costs in this area.
Stayed for three days for a business trip. The accommodations and customer service were superb. The front desk staff,
Vince and Karla, helped me resolve a
reservation issue, which was due to my own error. They were courteous and extremely helpful in assisting me with a resolution. The door men and the gentlemen who assist you at curb side were extremely helpful as well. I will certainly stay here again in the future.
This place is not only exceptionally clean and aesthetically beautiful, but the staff really made a world of a difference. EVERY single staff member at the hotel was sweet and accommodating. From the staff opening doors for us, to the the front desk, to bar tenders and bouncers. One who was so accommodating was Debra, the head of security and the house keeping staff. My sister had left her necklace on the night stand of our room. An hour after checking out we realized she had left it in the room. Debra was so sweet and helpful. The sweet house keeper had turned it into lost and found and Debra was able to retrieve it for us. She went above and beyond for us! Thank you, Debra!
This place is verrry clean. The decorations are modern and fun. And an extra bonus is the club on the 18th floor/top floor. and they played THE BEST music (90’s and hip hop). We had the BEST time at the club! And it was so convenient because we didn’t have to take a taxi anywhere.
This hotel is my new favorite hotel in LA!

Arrived at hotel Wednesday at 10:00a after long flight for a lunch and afternoon meeting. Front desk agent (tall young man with black disk earrings) said no rooms available for check-in yet. I understood, as have been a hotel industry executive for 50+ years. But, I asked if they could room me before noon and his response was "Check in time is 3:00." and "If you want an early check in there will be a fee." Instead of calling housekeeping and asking them how soon they could get me in, he stated "There will be no rooms available until 1:00p" All very abruptly and unwelcoming. Frankly, the concept of an early-arrival fee is unknown to me. He took my cell number and I did get a message after 1:00 that room was ready, but I had already gone to my 12:30 meeting wearing my travel clothes, unshaven, and un-showered. I see some other reviews about snobby, rude and unhappy staff. Everyone else was terrific, especially in F&B, but not this guy. Simply impossible to me in my experience that this was handled the way management wanted. Love the hotel but hoping for some additional reinforcement of the concept of hospitality at the desk before my next visit. And I will return.
