Convention fun!!!!!

Stayed at the usual place. Hotel is getting a little old, but still has the best location and views. The staff is really friendly and are always willing to help. We all really miss the Starbucks that used to be in the Lobby. Hopefully one day they will bring it back.

Bad customer service staff in restaurant are crazy they keep coming to your table to check how many plate u eat super ru

Bad treatment in restaurant they want me to pay money and I already had package with breakfast they don't want to check on computer do there work and the most crazy thing they put tips without me signing it they put amount on there own and housekeeping doesn't want to give u anything u need how u supposed to get extra towel without her wanting to give u nothing if u ask for extra shampo they tell you why and hey the room have already the room have 4 people madam I guess we should share all one bottle and it should be enough right and staff at reception called anseesa she doesn't know anything about teckhnolgy or how to treat customer with friendly talk first she put the wrong rate charged me over then had to go check with supervisor then confirm she was wrong and when I told her I will use my cell phone as key to open my room she said no here we don't have that how crazy is that and yes the cell phone inworked with Hyatt app to open the room all are crazy very bad experience thanks for wasting my money

We received great customer service every time we encountered staff or needed something. The club level breakfast said "continental" breakfast, but it was more than that. It was delicious and filling. Thoroughly enjoyed club access.
