How to Get There
Beautiful open concept and great location for a calm stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Long Beach California. The Water taxi is nearby and gives easy access to Shoreline village area.
We stayed here for the weekend with our two teenagers. A beautiful property with a friendly and professional staff. Overall a wonderful experience with a beautiful view. The pool is nice with lots of lounge chairs and fire pits along the water, very relaxing. The food at Fuego is exceptional! We had dinner and breakfast. Awesome! A special call out to the young man and woman that drive the shuttle. They took such good care of us! Thank you for a great stay!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a Park & Stay deal to leave our vehicle at the hotel while we went on a cruise. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and as of we were the center of attention. Check-in was quick, which was perfect since we came in at 9:30PM and needed SLEEP! But once we made it to our room we spotted fire pits out of our sliding glass door and went for a stroll along the water. We came across the Fuego restaurant and wondered to the bar where we perfect drinks that really took the edge off of the long drive. When we got back to the room we realized there was a door hang for breakfast and quickly filled it out to meet the 11PM deadline. This was perfect because we had no idea what breakfast plans were for the next day prior to sailing. We showered in the pristine shower and slept like newborns on the comfy bed. The next day or breakfast arrived a min before our requested time and we ate on our little patio watching the sunrise and locals jog the boardwalk. I then realized I totally forgot to mail a package before leaving and had it with us, and wouldn't you know it, the hotel mailed it for me without hesitation. We got an early shuttle to the cruise terminal (Thank you Sigi!) and hopped aboard our cruise. We could not have started our vacation in a better way. Thank you so much!!!
We have recently stayed twice at this property with grandchildren and their parents prior to a cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We are a Hilton Diamond couple, and it's pleasing to treat family to a property that exceeds our expectations.
Our spacious rooms featured comfortable beds and the usual amenities. The pool and grounds are lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer to fully take advantage of them.
Our breakfast in the restaurant was terrific. The menu offers a lot of choices and the only "problem" was the generous quantity of food, including a breakfast burrito that would easily serve two.
The servers made a friendly fuss over our young grandchildren, and made them feel very special (as they are!). The same can be said for every employee we encountered here, from the lobby staff to the shuttle drivers, who provide rides to Shoreline Village and the Long Beach Cruise Terminal on request.
We two agreed that we would happily return here for our own weekend retreat, and commend the staff and management for making us feel so welcome.
We stayed one night for business and had use of the Miramar Room for presentations. The view and outdoor patio is excellent. The catered lunch was also very good. Hotel is a good location as it has a great view of Long Beach across the water. Its not easily walkable to downtown. The grounds are well kept and the outdoor patio is great for drinks in the evening!
