How to Get There
We stay at the Maya several times per year. The service, particularly in the Fuego restaurant, is excellent. At dinner, please try to sit in Laura's area. She has been there over 9 years and makes the evening special. In addition, almost everyone goes out of their way to please.
I’ve stayed at my fair share of Hilton Properties all over the world and must say that this was one of the nicer and more unique ones. The hotel staff were all friendly and very efficient. Lijia at reception would respond to my texts within seconds!
The coolest thing was probably the free shuttle they offered, in a Mercedes no less!
The hotel is a little oasis of serenity in Long Beach and the resort like style (several low rise buildings) really helped with feeling relaxed. The parking lot was pretty full but you would’nt know it from walking around the property. The restaurant on site (Fuego) was excellent and had awesome views and the staff were super friendly.
The rooms were comfortable and more spacious than the pics might suggest. The beds were comfortable and I didn’t hear much noise from the hallway, so sound insulation must’ve been good. There were some thoughtful touches like a white noise machine too.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Was amazing comfort and beautiful time the hotel was fantastic the room is very was very clean and nice view for the suite
The restaurant food is delicious and the service as well we will come back in the future
Outstanding staff & location. Very unusual decor. Great value for the money. The best security guard helped me find the right room with the best view possible. Henry at the front desk was incredibly patient in this process. Well worth it
I have been coming to this hotel for years. I must confess, that after some initial growing pains during the expansion, the place has regained all of it's charm. Besides the location, which is exquisite, the staff are the key to this place. They are routinely exceptional! Can't wait to come back!
