Beautiful, very noisy hotel!

The rooms in Hotel Casa 425 in Claremont, CA are VERY nice, They are also VERY noisy due to the proximity of a LOUD bar right beside the hotel. We reserved four rooms for two nights for our kids - quite an expense. We were horrified to know that the noise from the bar turned what we hoped would be a good stay into a less than wonderful experience. We will not do that again.

Perfect Location in Claremont

Hotel Casa 425 is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Claremont, CA. Everything in town is within walking distance. Although not a large, full service hotel, it does offer breakfast and an outdoor lounge for cocktails. The rooms are larger than most standard chain hotel rooms. Definitely deserves a return stay!

Nice stay during trying time

Yes, it is a great location and you can walk to pretty much everything in Claremont Village. I booked several rooms for a family event and was highly satisfied with my experience from Casa. A very hospitable staff and extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is minimal and not all that impressive but usually offers fresh fruit. This is the only place I want to stay when I'm in the area.

Best Location!

Most of the time hotels we stay at for soccer /golf /tournaments for the kids are in the middle of no where. This hotel has everything you need in the hotel with the added bonus of being in the middle of it all. Great little college town full of restaurants, cafes and homemade ice cream shops!
Rooms and service is much nicer than the big chains.

Great location

Our room was comfortable with foam-type mattress. Wifi only worked in certain parts of the room and there weren't enough outlets. Layout of the room is odd - with bathtub making a sort of wall between the bed area and the sink area. I can't imagine relaxing to take a bath in the middle of the room unless I was there by myself.
Front desk staff was quite helpful and friendly as was the outside lounge staff.
Location is great - close to restaurants and Claremont Colleges. Price value seemed good. Street noise was a bit louder than expected but they nicely provide some earplugs.
I'd mark higher except that the wifi issue was quite problematic.
