One Of The Worst Hotel Experiences I Have Ever Had - Poorly Trained Management and Staff
Weism

The Hotel staff was not only poorly trained, unresponsive and unhelpful but also badly mannered. I have rarely if ever been this disappointed by a hotel stay. I can not think of any reason why I would stay at this hotel at any point in the future, and I would not recommend it to anyone else. I had what I believed would be a relatively minor, if not a non-issue, to be solved at the front desk. Instead of it being handled quickly, as would be expected at most hotels, this hotel's staff created a MUCH more significant issue that resulted in a rather unsettling and upsetting experience for associated guests and me. I had thought that asking for the manager would help to defuse the problem because the hotel staff was handling it so poorly. Instead, the manager made things far worse by responding in an unprofessional and flippant manner that angered everyone. It was all quite shocking, disappointing, and unnecessary. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Great Hotel

This was the nicest chain hotel we have stayed in. Studio suite quiet, clean well equipped with full kitchen. The cold continental breakfast had lots of choices. Boiled eggs , juices, yogart, cheese. Toast, toaster waffles etc. Their website pictures are what you get. Parking may be difficult, but there are 4 dissabled spots. We had a handicap room and it was well setup with bars, high toilet etc. Pictures on their website are of random locations but similar here.

Almost perfect!

The hotel and staff are fantastic! The room does suffer from functional obsolescence though... the iPhone alarm clock only offers the charging port of iPhone 4 or earlier... the tv is positioned to the left side of the bed (not centered)... and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan... however I was impressed with the fully functional kitchen, the large refrigerator and the overall comfort of the room. I would definitely stay here again as a single occupant. Cheers!
