Not worth the price at all
Reviewed 1 week ago

The room stank of a stong sent of weed. Not like it was being smoked but almost like there was a bag of it stored somewhere. The furniture has major issues is old torn and scratched up (the coffee table) I didn’t want to be distrurbed by a cleaner during my stay who was going to try to fix the weed stench. Every ice maker on all the floors except over by room 160 was out of order and my room was on 330. The staff could only suggest we get a cup at the bar. This is extremely inconvenient. My room was not one I could change either. I feel like I wasted my money on this particular stay. The maid and another employee were doing something in the elevator- it wasn’t cleaning it. - this was just so unexpected.

Run down motel, not really a doubletree property

I’m HH diamond so stay in. Slot of Hilton properties worldwide. I booked trusting the brand name. Mistake. The is a run down former 1970’s motel with the Hilton logo slapped on. Old rooms with really bad soundproofing. Make sure you have a room no where near the pool.

Pleasant Business Stay
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The hotel, while older, was in great condition. The room was very comfortable and a great base for a business trip. The location among the Pruneyard Mall was very convenient to walk and shop as needed. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the cookies were outstanding as always.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a good location. The room was ok but the bathroom was small and not very practical. You could hear every noise in the hall and the shower in the room next door at 3:00am sounded like a freight train.
