How to Get There
Carpets in the hallways and smells like sewer. Stains everywhere. Spiders in all corners of the room and saw 2 crawling on my bed within my 4 night stay. No upgrades when i checked in since its sold out but my co worker who arrived at 9am got upgraded and she isn't even a diamond. Musky old hotel for the avg rate that was paid of $300. Didn't even bothered to check out and instead used my app so I can leave the hotel. Breakfast for diamond? Let's not even go there. hotels non branded serves more item than what diamonds receives. Honestly, because the surrounding areas are sold out is really the only reason why this hotel gets booked. Nicer and cleaner hotels in the surrounding area. Internet is spotty and logs you out constantly where you have to enter your room and last name throughout the day.
had trouble getting into my room, had to make two trips to front desk, finally they had a maintenance guy come with me, turned out they replaced locks on the doors, they were installed upside down, had to lift up and jiggle to open doors. would have been good to know that, front desk should give a head's up! then TV was a problem. when you changed channels, sound went off, could not get back, turned it off and back on multiple times, no sound. called front desk, while talking with them and the remote not being touched, TV came back on. creepy. told front desk, same thing happened again 2nd nite. will not come back to this property.
They got our booking wrong, room was cold and hard to fix within the time left before going to bed. The staff indicated they couldn't do anything about a kids party close to our room, and there were kids running around the halls from the party. We were not offered a different room further from the party. Even thought our room was somewhat far, we could still hear the boom of the music in the evening, party was over before we went to bed or else we would have left the hotel that night.
The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is in a great location with restaurants right around the corner. I only wish the pool was open later on the weekends for after those later dinner nights.
Our room was located across from the pool, which was perfect for my family. The Pruneyard Center begins the hotel was great for shopping and restaurants and was a quick walk. We would definitely stay there again.
