Very old and tired hotel. Horrible bed. Bad value for money. Had to pay for parking. Close to airport. Very old and loud air conditioner that dried out my eyes. Would not stay again. Expect a lot better from Hilton properties

Great airport location, full service hotel. Room was upgraded for us, restaurant and bar were friendly, good service. Had pool, gym, business center, everything we needed. Had a good nights sleep and shuttled over to the airport for our flight home.

Total fail on Airport shuttle

Stayed the last night of memorial day weekend, arriving late. Was stuck in airport for an HOUR, 12:45-1:45 AM, waiting for shuttle, after calling twice. 9-person shuttle full with people going to the long-term parking near the hotel. The shuttle is run by long-term parking, hotel guests are incidental to the business. Its not rocket science to figure out that people will be picking up their car at the end of a long weekend. The hotel should have offered to reimburse for a taxi instead of repeatedly saying 'shuttle is coming'. When I complained at checkout, the 'manager' offered points but those haven't been credited 2 weeks later. Totally unacceptable. (Diamond member).

I stayed at the Hilton twice in the past 30 days, once for 3 nights and secondly for 4 nights. Check-in and out was very nice for both trips. The beds in this hotel are highly in need of a change; they're worn out completely. Housekeeping does a very good job. The breakfast buffet is the usual; staff friendly. Room service came quickly. Getting to restaurants in Burlingame is quite easy. The shuttle to/from airport was on schedule and very nice to have. The views of the bay and airport are lovely. There is no problem with noise. Those beds really influenced my review score.

Welcome to the mid 80s!
This hotel is conveniently located close to SFO. We used it during a layover waiting for an international connection.
Upon arrival around midnight, the front desk was staffed with only one person.
They changed my reservation from 2 queens to 1 king without telling me. It was impossible to change rooms because the hotels was oversold.
When I tried to call the front desk to change rooms, they would not even pick up the phone. I had to go downstairs and wait...
They actually turned people away who had reservations.
Front desk staff was unapologetic, not willing to help.
The rooms, while clean, are in dire need of an update. Bathrooms are a disgrace, think 2 star hotel.
Overall, it is functional. For this brand and this price point I was expecting a bit more.
Also, don't count on your Hilton status to help you... they don't really care.
Hilton, surely you can do better than that
