Average stay. The hotel needs a urgent update.cleaning staff not thorough enough. Rugs in the elevator very dirty. Most of restaurant staff were very friendly. Very near from the airport. Not a memorable stay.

Check in staff wasn’t very friendly. The Plugs in the bathroom were faulty and the one single plug on nightstand did not work. Towels were old and rough and should be updated. . Rooms should be updated with usb connections.

An older Hilton

Rooms are a bit tired. I did not have time to try the breakfast. As a Hilton Honors Gold status member, i asked about an upgrade and was told the hotel was booked solid. There were multiple events happening at the hotel and was quite busy.

There are many business hotels near the airport and i will try another one next time i'm in SF.

Appreciate that there is a free shuttle from the airport. Hotel is clean and the lobby is very nice - love the chandelier. Rooms are comfortable but wish they had mini frig in the rooms. The hotel is pet friendly and they have a great selection of dog biscuits (complimentary) in the lobby. This hotel is frequented by airline staff.

Overall, I had a very bad experience at this hotel and strongly recommend NOT staying here. First of all, there was no proper hot water one of the two days I stayed here and I had to take a cold shower. Also, the AC was extremely loud, the internet connection was very poor, and several other things in the room (e.g., phone and some of the outlets) were also not working. When I complained about these issues, they responded they were sorry but did not do anything to rectify the situation. While the staff when I checked in was very friendly, the staff I interacted with at checkout were quite rude. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH the 220 dollars I payed per night.
