How to Get There
Convenient location, friendly staff, very comfortable room, beds are awesome, food is fantastic, great bar service. I've held a training at this location a couple times a year for a few years and they don't disappoint.
I love this hotel - the staff is friendly and accommodating; I was impressed with each interaction I had with staff. The rooms are large and I found them to be clean. We stayed on the executive floor and were not disappointed. Staying on the executive floor provides access to the lounge which includes moderate breakfast selections in the morning (eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast, beverages), nightly reception with a couple of hearty options, dessert, and beverages. Coffee, tea, soft drinks available all day.
I was a disappointed in the beds - our first visit in February the bed was worn and sunk in the middle; the ribbing poked out on the side. The front desk informed me they are in the process of replacing the beds and I asked to be put in a room with a newer bed on my next visit. Our second visit in March was on the 15th floor and the bed was a bit better, but definitely needs replacing.
Even so, I would not hesitate to visit this hotel in the future. It is convenient to various cities with eateries and shopping and I love watching the airplanes come in from the bay view rooms or executive lounge.
Poor service and old rooms. I would not go return to this hotel or recommend it. Good view on the bay if you are lucky, executive lounge access is a not worst it. Breakfast is very low level and very dehumanized.
As an airport hotel, it ticks all the boxes. Close to the airport, clean room, decent shower and bed. Breakfast was good.
It is not a super resort but then it does not market itself as one. The rate was decent, $126 a night.
No complaints at all. Would stay here again.
I travelled on business and all my meetings were in downtown San Francisco. The traffic was very heavy going into and back to the hotel.. But the hotel was great, clean and friendly. Nice restaurant, executive floor was well stocked, friendly staff. Unfortunately my suitcase didn't arrive and I had to go shopping. It was a huge bonus staying here as I was only 5 miles away for several large shopping centers. If I'd stayed downtown I would have been out of luck.
