Great stay!

Love the digital check in & key option. Very communicative before stay. Clean. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Staff was accommodating with a microwave. Location is a bit far out of the way for food but not too bad. Would recommend.

Very Average

Everything about this hotel was very average. It is FAR from Downtown San Francisco, so price paid was far above the value received. Hotel is close to NOTHING - no restaurants etc. I had a bad experience with Breakfast as well; served soggy/uncooked french toast. Front desk staff were very nice, they have very large flat screen TV's in the room, which is nice, though phones were located by the Bed vs at the Desk, so it was not set up well for a business trip.

Great stay - thumb's up

Price was OK. Airport schedule screen was set to the wrong resolution so that you could not see the departure times. Almost missed my flight because of it. Breakfast was delicious. Fruit water station in lobby was available 24/7 and was fabulous

Great Hotel by the Bay

This was my second stay at the hotel in the last 2 years. Both times fairly similar. Easy, simple friendly check in process. Both times were quick but both times I wasn’t offered an upgrade even though I’m a Honors Gold account due to hotel being “sold out”. Clean room, big TV with full HD channel lineup. This past time I had an incident where the room next to me had parents and kids that were being very loud early in the morning so I called the Front Desk and they handled it quick. Free parking, updated rooms. I like this place and would definitely stay again

Stopped in for a business trip, and this hotel was awesome. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in the area. The cookies are really good by the way...
