How to Get There
I've been coming to the Crescent for quite a while on an average of 2x a year when in the area. I haven't been able to make it for the last two years. And yet when I walked in the staff greeted me as an old friend. It was impressive. The hotel is small, absolutely clean, charming with art deco pinnings and bright, imaginative decor. The rooms aren't huge, but they're comfortable. There is also a lounge and patio open all the time if you want someplace else to sit. The lounge also includes a full bar and very limited restaurant that includes an impressively wide range of excellent food for breakfast(which is part of the $30 hotel fee that includes that, wifi, and free beer and wine during happy hour). For the hotel's location, comfort, staff and extras, a really excellent value.
After a hectic week working in LA this place was a breath of fresh air.
Small but perfectly formed. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a bigger style, so much choice and very fresh!
Great location too.
