How to Get There
After 6 hours of driving we pulled up in jeans and T-shirts . The valet guy was great but the receptionist was ignorant. He looked us up and down and referred to my partner as her. He then commanded the Valet guy to empty the car. We said we could manage and tipped the Valet. The room was nice but the fire alarm had severe dust stuck and hanging from it. Really strange the rest of the room was spotless. The air vent also had dark finger prints around it. Plus points. The breakfast is amazing, the bed is comfy, the building interior is stunning. I would stay here again but remind the receptionist it's not Pretty Woman.
Disappointing and uncomfortable. The room is small, the bed very uncomfortable, with broken sheets and the air conditioner is fixed, it cannot be regulated so we spend a lot of cold. The bathroom is very small. The general service quite incompetent. Breakfast is best but you are charged USD 30 mandatory breakfast or not, it is not optional.
Great very walkable location, relaxing patio to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail, super nice staff & fun photos throughout. The queen room was a bit snug as was expected but the only one available. We will be back!
