Sadly, this is consistent with several other Sheraton properties - dated, not trying, and quickly becoming one of the weakest brands in the portfolio.

-Location is convenient
-Dated and worn down. The furniture was scratched and stained.
- Dirty. I accidentally nudged the bed, and underneath was one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen in a hotel. There was a solid 2+ inches of dust along with food and trash. It’s clear it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
- Pathetic lounge. I stayed on the club floor. The lounge was the worst I’ve ever seen. The offerings were laughable. It was almost insulting. Just get rid of your ‘lounge’ altogether.
Stayed 3 nights, after the first night called front desk to have the slow shower drain fixed. It was never fixed for all three nights. When we checked out, there were three people behind the the front desk laughing and joking around and obviously did not expect us to come around the corner. They stopped immediately and one of the women asked if she could help me and never made eye contact. Then the gentleman walked over and actually helped me. When I explained to him the drain was never fixed and we were not happy with that, he gave us a not so sorry, sorry. When I looked over at the two women they pretended they were doing something on their computers.. wow. I asked the gentleman who was the Manager and he gave me his name. I called a few minutes after checking out and was sent to his voicemail. I called back and one of the women was extremely rude to me and once again sent me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and eventually did receive a call from the manager but his tone made it hard to understand what he was saying so I didn’t bother to call back.
What a sorry excuse for what was a good name brand and now is not. I hope someone from higher up at Marriott or Sheraton read this and do something about their extremely rude employees.
Also! Their employees smoke in the parking lot and you can smell the smoke with the windows open. Wow.
Absolutely disgusted with this hotel and hope people decide to not stay here. I also hope the three employees working the morning of October 14th get some kind of customer service training.
