Another good Sheraton
Reviewed 2 days ago

I find the quality level of Sheraton hotels good and very consistent across the world.

This is another good Sheraton, with pool, jacuzzi, gym, club lounge etc. Really good service and nice rooms, with good beds and good space.

A place to go back to!

Visit to Moor Park CA

Hotel was conveniently located for my meeting. Stayed 1 night. Well decorated and comfortable. The back rooms have a view of the hills. But they are very close to the building. They use good quality shampoos, etc... However you cannot access the conceited room if you are a silver elite member or less. That was disappointing.

Aging hotel that needs investment

This hotel is showing its age. The lobby area is nice, but the rooms are dated, musty and dark. I asked if they had any updated rooms after having experienced a similar room my last stay and the staff said no.

When you want to be treated like a nobody
Reviewed 3 months ago

Very disappointed during my stay at the Sheraton Agoura Hills, Marriot Bonvoy. Front Desk staff was cold to the point of being rude. There has to be a better way to treat guests than to make them stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to check in. Give us a place holder, let us sit down, call my name in the order in which I arrived, SOMETHING could be done to improve the way I and the 20 around me were treated. And once receiving the attention of the check-in person, maybe a little eye contact? Avoid Room 247. My fee for an overnight stay in this scenic location gave me a view of a heating unit and a wall. My room Safe didn't work, hallways were narrow and dark, I would have used stairs if there had been any besides at the two furthest ends of the building! and after returning from an evening away there were no parking spaces to be found. Such a frustrating experience. I couldn't wait to check out and shake the dust of this place off my shoes. My overall impression is that the employees aren't happy and they're taking it out on the paying guests. Maybe management needs to see what they can do to have happy representatives?
