How to Get There
The room was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Amazingly conformable.
The room floors are wide and quiet. The remote did not work for the tv in the room, the tub was amazing as was the shower. The soaps and body washes as well as shampoos were delightfully soothing.
Very clean, the heater worked flawlessly.
Parking was plentiful, however, walking from the parking garage through the casino to get to the hotel was somewhat depressing with the smell of cigarette smoke, etc. You feel by the time you need to get to the room you need a shower afterwards.
All in all this was a great stay and I will for sure stay here again.
Everyone I spoke to at this Casino and hotel, reminds me of what customer service means. Simba at the registration was exemplary, and everyone I spoke to from the slot club, to the dealers to the maids were so friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at the hotel and our second visit to the casino. We had a view of the pool and it was fantastic. They have an usable refrigerator , Complimentary coffee in the room, Bathroom has a television, deep soaking bath tub and fantastic shower. They have HBO and a wide range of channels, Pool, Jacuzzi, nice, but nothing special, exercise room on the medium size, Spa cost $30, exercise room is free. They have room service, buffet, cafe, high end steak restaurant, and a casino, not much luck this time, but we enjoyed our self. The bed was great, couch in the room. Food is a little expensive here, but you cannot beat the service here.
Just took a short getaway.... 2 nights stay at Agua Caliente Resort and Casino. I had a lovely 2 queen beds spacious room. The registration staff was friendly, fast and efficient. The Paradise Club staff were excellent and friendly. My visit was enjoyable that I didn't want to go home I need to stay longer. My spacious room was on the 9th floor with a poolside view. Nice and clean. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Nice comfortable beds. The bathroom, beautiful, the only downfall is that the soak in tub is just a soak tub, no jets, no bubbles. The stand alone shower is spacious. 💞💕👌🏾👍🏾👍
The rooms and common areas are very, very nice. Like most casinos the gambling floor is heavy with cigarette smoke, which does drift into the so-called "non-smoking" area. However, the "but" in my title has to do with the hot water in the shower. I was on a middle floor (7th) and at 4 pm on Saturday had to run the water for over 5 minutes to get even warm water in the shower. Then at 7 am on Sunday, the shower water ran for over 10 minutes and never got beyond cold. Funny thing is they have a sign in the bathroom that asks you to conserve the use of their precious desert water. The sinks had very hot water, instantly. But otherwise really good hotel.
First visit: Last February, I booked directly through the hotel and had a gorgeous double room on 10th floor, with balconey on the west side over the pool looking out on San Jacinto. The sunsets were amazing! The pool and gardens were superb, had fun taking my Mom on nature walks. Food was great, I had coconut shrimp out on the patio, super tasty! The bakery pastries & coffee were off the charts! Incredibly clean and everything is conveniently located. Did I mention the POOL?! At night the lights change the water different colors!
