How to Get There
This was my first time to this hotel and casino. The hotel is very clean. The theatre was very nice. We ate at the Steakhouse and waiter who’s name escapes me was very good. The steak was decent. We gambled in the nonsmoking section but smoke could be smelled in the nonsmoking area and even in the restaurant.
I would stay again.
Just ate at the above mentioned place and must say they have deteriorated badly since last year as the food is barely edible and will clean you out faster than you can get back to your hotel room!
The buffet is half the size it used to be and food quality is quite dismal overall.
Save your money to eat elsewhere!!
4th visit this year. We stop here with my 95 year old mom on a road trip to Arizona twice a year, June and October, coming and going.
The positives: BEAUTIFUL rooms (albeit a bit pricey). Mom says she feels like a queen staying here. She enjoys the casino, and the restaurant we always eat at is very good, great servers.
The negative(s), the front desk. While we have encountered some wonderfully helpful people, so far we’ve yet to have one checking in. For both trips we’ve made reservations 2 months in advance, for an ADA room and a regular room on the same floor. Every time we’ve checked in we’ve been treated either rudely or just unprofessional. The rooms either weren’t ready, weren’t on the same floor(s), or just not available. Why make reservations? If management wishes to contact me I’ll be glad to provide dates/names. We won’t be back, it’s a shame because we really want to like the place.
Good luck checking in.
