Girls Trip

Only stayed one night but had such a relaxing time. Hotel is deceiving looking from the outside but once you go threw the gate it is like a hidden oasis with three pools and beautiful grounds. Only wish I could of used the SPA that looked fantastic. Room had a very hip black and white decor and nice big bathroom.

Sooo many Issues !!!
Reviewed 1 day ago

Probably my fault for returning after a Very mediocre visit 3 years ago. I was hoping they had ironed out the issues but clearly have not !!! From the second we checked in , we first found Balls of Black hair scattered about the bathroom ( truly disgusting). The closet is soooo tiny that you could only hang clothes for 1 night ( we were staying for 5). There are no drawers for clothing . The safe in the room was broke and the TV didn’t work and we were there during a day of Flash Floods and emergency warnings with no way to stay updated ( the worst weather in PS in 70 years). The hotel needs serious renovations and has the audacity to try to charge an additional $1000 deposit for our 5 night stay. They have this general manager who sports a Big Time Attitude who Does a Whole Lot of Nothing. The actual property is charming but there are sooo many better options in Palm Springs !!!!

Wonderful place in Palm Springs

Great place to stay in Palm Springs! Beautiful property. Had a nice big room (207) with patio in front of Chi Chi pool.
Wonderful staff, in particular, Itzy in Front Desk who was extremely accomodating when the first room didn’t work out, and John at Chi Chi/ bar. Everybody worked to make the hotel experience a great one.
On a nice quiet street yet everything within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.
Will definitely return!

Room was disapointing
Reviewed 5 days ago

For $500 a night, the room was very disapointing and was not even close to justifying the cost. When we showed up the door leading to the deck was open-albeit locked, but it did not close. So, our first night was very loud given that the pool is 24hour. They managed to fix this the next day, but it did not make up for the room. The bathroom was not entirely clean upon arrival, and the bathroom itself was completely outdated. I think the only update they did was the shower head. But the water was either very hot, or extremely cold so it was tough to even shower. Everything in the actual room seemed outdated. We were in room 228, and even the front door had a large gap so you could hear everyone outside. Again, the costs were not justified and that is my biggest disappointment. Staff/service were great, however-hence the 2 stars. But I would not recommend staying here as of today.

Work and relax!

Wonderful staff, food, and location (sadly the colder/rainy weather left something to be desired when it came to enjoying more of the hotel). My only complaint is that right by my room there was either a staff room or a stock room where staff was going in and out with large/loud carts of items constantly.
