Love this resort

Such a beautiful clean resort, beautiful surroundings and so convenient to everything. Everyone is friendly and anxious to go out of their way for their guests. The Agave restaurant is top notch with something for everyone.

Still one of our favourites!

Spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms. Five great pools to choose from. We chose the quiet pool and found it very relaxing. Staff are helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Joe the bartender at the Sanctuary Bar. If you’re there on a Tuesday night, sign up for his Martini Class. Very entertaining and fun!

A peaceful Oasis while everyone else is trying to avoid "spring-breakers"
Reviewed 6 days ago

We have stayed in Palm Desert for years -- usually during March. Everything is lovely, except when the "spring-breakers" come. Pools get over-run, kids are all over, with wheeled conveyances, and noise abounds. NOT at Westin Desert Willow! There are several buildings near a quiet (well advertised as quiet) pool. These buildings and the pool itself is REALLY quiet and peaceful. We enjoy all the amenities of Desert Willow, but during March -- the best of all is knowing that our stay will be quiet and restful. People at the quiet pool are respectful of the rules (as there are other pools on property where noise and children's play are welcomed). The management appears to try to appeal to all guests' needs..and it seems to work. The villa (we had one bedroom) is lovely and has everything one would need. Quiet hours are posted for good sleep -- (and for those who want it -- some areas are open 24/7.

Everything for the most part was excellent, with the exception of trouble during checkin and the quality of the rooms - not what we were always used to with other Villa locations. The people were very friendly and helpful that worked there.
