A nice hotel in a good location
Reviewed 6 hours ago

We stayed at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo in April 2018. We were a party of 3 and booked a a triple room. Please note that the hotel does not have a triple room; upon arrival we were offered either a double room or twin room with an additional single bed. Both options were not adequate as the rooms were not suitable for 3 people. In addition to this there was a mix up with our reservation. The manager resolved the reservation mix up and offered us a junior suite, which was much more spacious and comfortable.

Despite the initial check in issues our stay at the hotel was good. Service at times could be slow but the breakfast was very ample with a good choice of food and we used the spa facilities which was very nice. The swimming pool in the roof terrace is very small and can get quite busy.

The concierge were very friendly and helpful in booking tour guides and a Nile dinner cruise.

Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo.

Wonderful hotel

The capense key Nile was a wonderful hotel for our 3 nights day in Cairo. It was close enough to walk to to Taahir Square And many other places. The food in the restaurants were awesome. Especially the breakfast.

Great Hotel

Sprung for a deluxe suite for me, wife and toddler. Beautiful and spacious room with a balcony that overlooks the Nile. Note: the Jr. Suite does not have a balcony, despite the website saying all suites have a balcony. We had great service from everyone. The hotel is luxurious, breakfast was delicious and full of options. They took amazing care of our toddler! Service is top notch.

The lobby is very small comparing to many five stars hotel in Cairo but they are concentrating on service. i was surprised when they upgraded me to suite, in the evening when i came back from outside, i was surprised again with a nice cake and fruit platter. breakfast was nice but the price was little bit high. my advice is to have a room in a high floor to enjoy the Nile view. i would like to thank all of you for your great touch, your great service. for sure, i will come back next month and i will recommend this cozy hotel to all my friends.
