Kempinski Nile Hotel is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The Nile view from my room was incredible and the room was very modern and elegant. The hotel restaurants were good and served tasty food. All the staff in the hotel were professional and polite. Thanks for the Valentine nice setup in the room. The staff really has a very sense of hospitality

As all Kempinski Hotels excellent service, friendly staff. Like most GHA facilities even if the membership number is given at the time of booking they are blissfully ignorant until one physically appears and shows the card at check-in. And like all GHA hotels the status is than recognized and one is upgraded, but because it always seems to come as a surprise it results in wait times at check in, or as was the case here, a room change once the situation dawns on the reception staff. This does not appear to be a Kempinski but more GHA thing as it has happened at every single GHA brand I have stayed with.

The Kempinski Cairo is lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, lovely well equipped and super comfortable. The hotel has a great Jazzs bar and a pool that is swimable even in winter. Teh gym is a little sad as is the Shisha / smoking place on the first floor. While the actual space is nice there are a few loveless chairs and that is it.

Great food great view and hospitable service
They have a lovely terrace lounge and cheerful breakfast don't miss it besides it's location keep every thing you need around you...
The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping checks on you twice a day at least ...
The only flaw was that the key sometimes it doesn't work and I had to get to reception ..

The hotel is on a very busy riverside road - not that noise was a problem - and you need to get behind a local to dive through the traffic to get to the pleasant riverside walkway but the view over the river made up for this. There was no convenience store close or anywhere else to eat and we found the restaurant expensive. Food and drinks in the Coffee Shop were more casual but still pricey. No complaints about quality and attention though.
