How to Get There
I stayed at the Crystal Lodge Hotel back in March for 6 night whilst skiing in Whistler and I was so, so impressed! The hotel had absolutely everything you needed. The location was everything you needed. Where do I start?!
Firstly, the location was right in the middle of the Whistler village.. yes it's not the biggest village but who doesn't love to be in the middle where you're close to everything? Fantastic, didn't have to walk far to reach the ski lifts, the Longhorns bar or any restaurant you decided to eat at.
The hotel itself was luxurious and incredibly comfortable. I visited with a number of family and family friends for big skiing trip and there was so much space to fit everything we needed into our rooms and they were so comfortable. Even when chilling in this rooms taking some time out, there was good Wi-Fi connection and a range of different TV channels which you could always find something to watch! The hotel had every we needed, there was a place to store your skis overnight to collect each morning before heading to the slopes and also a place to store your wet gloves/boots to dry overnight! The hotel had a pool, hot tub, games room.. you name it! Had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. There were also two restaurants located within the premises. One was a very luxurious and delicious meal and the other was a budget-meal location which was still pretty good in my opinion.
Overall, I couldn't fault the place at all, I had such a blast here and would highly recommend to anybody who visits Whistler in ski season or during the summer months. Worth every single penny.
What a great spot to stay in. Had a one bedroom apartment. We had to wait for our room to be ready but was not a hassle as we didn’t have to wait long. Room was clean and comfortable. Very close to everything to be able to walk to wherever you wanted to go. Would stay here again for sure.
Overall a Wonderful stay. Would love to go again. Lots to do and see. Loved the shopping. Good food and plenty of choice. Very convenient and clearly easy to wander about without getting lost. The sauna was great, and the pool seemed so warm in the crisp morning air.
