HUGE guest rooms and great location!
Reviewed 3 days ago

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Crystal Lodge. There was so much room to spread out and enjoyed also having a love seat with an ottoman to relax at the end of a busy day! It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. We would highly recommend!

Nice overnight in the village

Crystal Lodge is in great location. staff pleasant and were very attentive to needs. Requested early check in if possible, they took phone number and luggage and when room ready, they called. luggage was already sent to room.. very nice.... only thing I would recommend is, if you are looking for a quieter room, ask for something not on main street or over spaghetti factory. Its a bit noisy at night.

A Nice good hotel

We had a very special experience checking in at this hotel: first we had to wait 1 hour to get our room even through we came “on time “
Second our travel companions got a room with a 90 cm bed! Complaining the answers from the young stubborn receptionist was: this is a normal Canadian double bed! Have you ever heard such nonsense!!!
Finally a experienced lady came, excused for all the turmoil, gave our friends a room with a real double bed!
My room was ok even though the view was a wall 3 meters from us - if you order through Booking.com be avare you will get the most lousiest room in the hotel!
It is a big hotel with many good details, among other a very nice pool and hot tub!
Cleaning and service is tip top!
Situated perfect to the city center and the access to the lifts up the mountain ‘

Terrible sleep
Reviewed 4 days ago

My wife and I didn't have high hopes for this hotel, we were driving through Whistler and only staying one night. We'd booked a room with one double bed which stated suitable for two people. The beds seem to be very old, with a massive dip in them - to the point my wife was trying to avoid falling out all night, and only slept for two hours. This was the worst experience of nearly three weeks in Canada. Front desk showed no interest when we told them.

Excellent location, rooms small for 4 adults, pricey

For cost of almost $600 for 4 adults for 2 nights, I was expecting a much much larger room and thought for that price we would have a view. Room was barely large enough for us. Will shop around next time for sure. Service was great, old spaghetti factory was, well old and blah, I am not a fan.
