How to Get There
Hello, we just got back from staying one night at the Trump Hotel in Vancouver on Dec 16th/2018. This was our first time to this hotel and wanted to check it out. We booked this on Expedia.ca and chose the cheapest room as the photos all looked nice. We arrived around 11am and drove around back to wear you can park your car and check-in, plus find out the different prices for parking our car over night. It costs about $55.00CAD in valet parking, and self parking next door for about $35.00 CAD but they will charge you another $17.00 on top if you decide to take your car out. Where as valet you can take it out as many you want for just the $55.00. For us we weren't going to need the car again. Anyways it took about 30 minute wait in the lobby for our room, and this was ok cause we did arrive early. They put us on the 21st floor in room 21019, this was a corner unit and was quiet. My wife rally liked using the Nespresso machine, and there was buttons to close and open the blinds and curtains. The bathroom was nice , but wide open there was no wall for privacy . The double sinks and rain shower was lovely though. We also had like a mini butler that helped us a lot with information with our room and getting anything extra we needed. They do have a turn down service in the evening. They even brought us chocolates for my wife's Birthday. There is a nice Keg restaurant across the street where we had dinner that night, ad later a walk around the city. They also have a pool and hot tub on the third floor, the pool closes at 7pm because the room they have it in is also a bar and small night club . Looks like the pool gets covered up to use as a dance floor. JJ Bean coffee just around the corner is where we had a light lunch when we arrived. My wife said she really enjoyed her self, and that's all that matters.
My husband and I stayed here overnight prior to our Alaskan cruise. This hotel was the perfect choice! We had an unbelievably comfortable stay with every detail taken care of. They even provided a complimentary driver that took us directly to the cruise ship. We stay at Trump Hotels any chance we get because we know we will be taken care of!
They really know how to do it at this hotel. I've stayed in some amazing hotels but this was probably the best out of all of them. The customer service was amazing. The room was gorgeous! The bed allowed me to have the best sleep I have ever had. The floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. The view of the city was outstanding. Mott 32 was the most memorable dining experience that I have ever had. The only thing this hotel needs to work on is the room service food. I ordered a pizza for lunch and it tasted worse than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. For the price, I expected it to taste a lot better. Who can't make a decent pizza?
Staff is mst accomdidating, location is perfet for Christmas parade and Christmas Market just down the street. Our grandchildren were with us staff made them feel important and made the family trip just that much more special!
Friendly staffs, clean and modern room with ample of spaces, close to numerous restaurants and attractions. Would definitely come back if we have time, and will definitely recommend it to all my friends
