Some issues that weren’t really the fault of the hotel
Reviewed 1 day ago

I had a bad stay at this hotel. It was incredibly loud and I had a very difficult time getting any sleep.
I booked through Hotwire and was unaware that they only sell their accessible rooms
On Hotwire as those are usually the ones available. This meant my room
Had a door that lead to the room next to it.
And the people in the room
Next to me were partying from about 3:30am on. I have to honestly say that if the door had not been there I probably would hardly hear them - but with the door it was like they were in my room with me.

The front staff was great and helpful and asked them to be quiet when I called but it still continued. The front staff offered to move me but as it was almost 5am and I would be getting up soon for work
I declined.

It was explained to me the next day about Hotwire and I will most likely not use Hotwire for around this location (in case I get this hotel again).

The valet staff were great and the friendly.
The bed is very very comfortable and would have been a perfect stay if not for the noise.

Very Nice Hotel in Vancouver

We stayed here past cruise. The hotel was lovely. We were on the top (31 st) floor and the view was amazing. We had a two room suite which was very well appointed. The bathroom was a very good size with a walk in shower and a tub. The bed was very comfortable. There is a nice out door pool and patio on the third floor next to the gym. The breakfast buffet was average and rather expensive. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return next time we are in Vancouver.

Great hotel for central location

We previously stayed at Westin Bayshore which was excellent. This time we picked Weston Grand. Rooms are all suites-very nice to have that separate space. Beds were so comfortable. Everything was modern & updated. And clean!!!!
Conceirge staff was terrific! I forgot their names but the female & male were so friendly and gave us great suggestions for lunch & dinner. This location I think is more centrally located than Bayshore. You can walk to so many stores & restaurants. Highly recommend.

Consistently Great

I have stayed at this Westin quite a few times, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. The rooms are very quiet and well appointed, the staff go above and beyond, and the room service is great.

The location is also fantastic.

Basic Hotel/ Good location

Very basic hotel, ( 2 stars ) , the 3 star rating due to great location. Steam room and sauna very minimal, after a walkthrough, I didn’t bother going back. The room was very dated and with minimal furnishings . The elevator experience is worth mentioning; as in you will wait more for an elevator here than any average hotel.
But, a good starting location to see the beautiful city of Vancouver.
