Perfect stay in every way

Back again. Manager remembers my name, upgraded to a huge suite, and when I asked for extra water a whole case was left in my room. Felt like a king in this hotel. I really commend them for excellent communication and great service for their elites.

Great location, best quality hiding in town

First time stay this hotel. Surprise when got there pretty different size but when get in. So impressed with hotel pattern was so perfect. Not too big but have everything you will need. Moreover, in that location, near downtown centre. Definitely recommend

I’ve stayed here multiple times on personal and business trips and always have had a great stay! The location is superb - right in the main shopping and dining area. The staff is great as well! I’ve been upgraded multiple times to a great room with a view and balcony.

Wonderful!

We were in a suite. This worked really well for us, a couple with a kid. It was great! The hotel is well located to Rogers Arena, restaurants and shopping. The staff were nice and the elevators were speedy.

Shaped like a Grand piano

Spring break, took Amtrak up from Seattle. Stayed 4 nights in room with queen bed, small separate sitting area, and nice bathroom. View was beautiful. The shower head was called Heavenly shower but not sure what was heavenly about it, seemed like a regular shower head with less water pressure. Free WiFi & water bottles. Fruit/mint infused water in the lobby.
There’s a ground level & lobby level, proceed to lobby level to check in. I knew it was a pet-friendly hotel but some hotels that allow pets allow them only on certain floors. This hotel was not one of them. Asthma kicked in & life was miserable for those few days. Carpet inside rooms don’t help if pet dander is everywhere.
Foregoing maid service got us $5 daily credit to the hotel restaurant. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Location on Robson makes it super walkable to everywhere in downtown.
