Great hotel in Vancouver

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel at all, it’s so well located for everything you wish to do whilst visiting Vancouver. The room was really spacious, clean and had great amenities. We were upgraded on arrival so our room was great. All the staff we spoke to were really lovely too. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Expensive but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is well located for most sights in Vancouver. It is directly opposite the Library where free buses run to Grouse Mountain and the Capilano bridge and within easy walk of a stop for Vancouver’s water taxis.
I booked a suite at the higher end of the range with a mountain view and balcony. The suite was quite compact but the layout was good and very comfortable.
The furnishing were all high quality, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. The shower was large with a very good ‘rain’ shower.
Breakfast is outstanding. You have a choice of continental or cooked - the continental breakfast offers wide variety and ample food for most people.
The service in the hotel was friendly and cannot be faulted. Thank you to Anna, Jesse, John and Nicola for looking after us.
The Concierge Team was very knowledgable and very helpful.
This is quite an expensive hotel but you get what you pay for. We were made to feel like truly valued customers.

Enjoyed a king suite with balcony. it was rather small for a suite but had a good view. Staff was very friendly. Really good location for walking along Robson street and for a good variety of restaurants.
