How to Get There
The hotel is stunning, well located and awesome in every way. The staff as always, take service to another level, the small details matter and are very much appreciated. The Shangri-La remains our go-to hotel, as always thank you looking after us so very well.
Stayed one night for a quick romantic weekend get away. We normally stay at The Four Seasons Brand properties but decided to give this a try. We are glad we did and found this particular property to be a nice experience. We walked to the shops that are all around the hotel while leaving our vehicle parked in their garage the entire time. Check in was easy and in the garage level after valeting the car. I did not care for the STRONG perfume smell in this area and in the hotel in general but service was great. We ate three times at Jean-Georges in the hotel (breakfast twice and dinner once) and all the meals were great in terms of food and service. The actual room was very nice - we had a executive balcony king room and found it to be very spacious and very well appointed. We liked the large bathroom, shower and dual sinks the most. The bed was soft and wonderful and they have a menu for pillow choices. All in all this was an excellent stay with excellent service and we booked direct with their website.
Love our visit there at the Hotel. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants and atmosphere. Very helpful staff. We were very comfortable while staying and found some good eating places around within walking distance..
