How to Get There
Easy to get to, bridgeport stop on the skytrain. Brightly lit casino with many customers. Visited it about 7-9x's in july 2019. All the standard casino table games. Slots were a bit tight compared to vegas. Hotel is across the road along with the poker room. Poker room has 5 tables. A bit low lightin there. Rake seems abit high. I will return upon my next visit to richmond, bc.
Literally minutes from YVR via Canada Line Train, stops right out front. Upon checking in, we were upgraded (this seems to happen when it’s my first stay with Vancouver Hotels)..I like it. Got a voucher for the Casino too. The room was gorgeous. The King bedroom was located on the hallway side of the suite so no window which created total blackout so much better for sleeping. Overlooking the river it was great. The cocktail lounge served great food and drinks. I was in Vancouver for work and would have loved more time there. Highly recommend. Very clean and lovely decor
We stayed one night. This is a big hotel. If you stay on the casino side you have a clearer view of the mountains and airport but it is noisier being over the casino. If you are on the other side the view towards the mountains and airport were still decent. We had a room at the end on the 6th floor. There’s lots of parking and it’s free but you have to pay a resort fee. I’m not a casino person so I didn’t love it. I don’t recommend the food court. It’s noisy, too bright, smoky(due to the smoking area door being right there) and terrible food that’s over priced. Plus it’s all the way at the back of the casino. We didnt try any of the restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms. One of the few places that accommodates disabilities in the washroom. The staff was very nice and helpful. We weren’t there long enough to explore the area but it looked like there was lots of amenities close to the hotel.
