Excellent service

Had a week-long stay at this hotel. Very convenient if working in Faria Lima, Villa Olympia region. I highly reccomend the 360 room which is a concept high tech suite. Special call out to Luiz Felipe who is bell boy here and did an exceptional job and went out of his way to provide great service.

Modern and Elegant

It was really nice, the first impression on the lobby was great it is modern and unique with a view to the restaurant (that has a great service and food) and to an open bar very appealing.

Attention at front desk was fine (nothing out of the normal) and the way up to the rooms is very common view.

Room had everything you may need and is almost new and in good shape. You will be able to sleep without problems and enjoy your stay as is very quiet. Internet connection was good enough and easy to use.

Location is convenient as it is close to everything you may need in your stay.

really comfy and modern hotel

With friendly staff (but a bit informal...) in a modern setting hotel, great looking lounge, a mix art gallery, reception, cool coffee-shop and drinks bar -- cool stuff! Ample rooms and WC, looked exactly like in the pictures no overselling!! Looks like a safe neighborhood, and there's a small shopping mall almost across the street. Liked it - one to remember!

Comfortable and stylish

I had an amazing stay at the Pullman. Great location right across the road from the Olimpia Mall, great lobby, bar and restaurant.
When I checked in, they sent me to room that hadn’t been cleaned but resolved the issue so quickly and upgraded me as an apology. The room was spotless, huge bed and great extras like an espresso machine and iPhone speaker. You can’t hear any street traffic or aircraft noise like I could in my previous hotel.
Staff were always great. Room service was nice and the food at the restaurant is delicious.
I would love to stay here again if I come back to São Paulo.

High quality business hotel at a very reasonable price

The hotel building used to be called the Cesar Park, expensive, very comfortable but no atmosphere. Now Accor have taken it over, reduced the prices and really made it the in place to be.

Breakfast is super and the staff, such as the Maitre D and Stephanie who was at the desk were very friendly and helpful. There is a decent gym in the building
