A nice hotel

The hotel is on Copacabana beach and rooms have a great view of the beach and the favelas. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was great and the swimming pool lounge was great. Service was ok. The only unpleasant thing was that most of the stuff doesn't speak English. This is surprising for such a hotel and it creates a confusing situation when you ask for something and the employee doesn't understand and calls somebody else that speaks English.

The general impression, however, is very good and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay!

Me and my sister took my mum to Rio De Janeiro for her 60th birthday. We stayed at the hilton for 11 nights. Our stay was brilliant I couldn't fault anything. The staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough. They left my mum a lovely note and cake for her birthday also. Rooms were spotless and the views from our sea view room and the rooftop pool were gorgeous. We had breakfast here every morning ing before heading out for the day and the food was also lovely. I particularly loved the omlete station.
We got to know a few if the staff members while we were there and they were so nice. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will definitely will be back again.

9 days of bliss

I can say that I officially accepted the fact that our Brazil ???????? trip has been over for some time now. Truly it has been one of THE best vacations ???????????????? (Can I just come back now?? ????)

So how do I enumerate all the good when there were so many? Well, let’s start with our hotel.

Enter. Hilton Copacabana (her name was Lola.. she was a show girl.. ???? ????)

We were greeted with the friendliest smiles from the moment we arrived to our very last day.
Upon our arrival to the hotel to check in, we were escorted to the executive lounge (Hilton honors) to meet and be checked in by Renato. We were handed our key cards and the only thing I wanted to do was hop in the shower since and sleep ????. I don’t remember anything significant as I’ve been running on a couple hours sleep but I recalled something about an upgrade (the wonderful perks of an elite status ☺️)

So off we went—

Elevator dings, and to our room we shall go!
Elevator closes. Elevator doesn’t move.
Right, you gotta tap the key on the sensor ????????‍♀️

Felt like we’ve been standing in this elevator as long as I have sat in that window seat ???? in economy.
Finally the door opens. I curiously glanced at the number panels and I wasn’t sure if I’m just lacking sleep or we missed our floor.

Let’s get out anyway; I need air ????

Alas. Room 3413.

The very first thing I check for are bathrooms and closet space. I can live with this for the next 9 days.
Curtains are drawn with a bit of light peeking from the window. Maybe I’ll keep them that way so I can get some decent sleep?

No, let’s see what’s behind these curtains.

Wow ????
No amount of coffee could have jolted my nerves faster than these views.

The entire stretch of Copacabana beach ???? where you can see the sun ☀️ rise each morning and Sugar loaf
mountain ???? with cable cars ???? crossing from one end to another??? This is life ????♥️????????????????
This was one of the highlights really. I could care less if we didn’t do anything else. I was over the moon just having this marvelous view!!

I was in the verge of tears when we left. How luckily
are the next occupants of this room ????

Breakfast was wonderful. They have a separate sitting area for HH and dedicated servers which is nice and all but I opted to sit closer to the buffet area. By the 3rd day, the ladies knew where to sit me. You guessed it. Overlooking the ocean ????????

What I loved the most about breakfast? DIY juice bar. It’s like I’m home, except I don’t need to chop up the veggies nor clean the juicer.
I made my antioxidant green juice each morning.

Breakfast sustained me until dinner— and by that time, they’re serving up complimentary Happy hour in the executive lounge. Beverages including wine, some hard liquor, juices, cappuccino and soda were the options for drinks.
Don’t get carried away by the appetizers if you have plans
to eat out.
