Stylish well located hotel in a great city
Harleypeace

A well appointed hotel, well located within walking distance of main attractions. We travelled as a family of 4 staying in a duplex apartment, a spacious well appointed room. Great space for a family.

Reception staff friendly. The concierge gave us great recommendations for a day sight seeing.

Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced, a lovely choice of fresh quality food and drink.

Finishing touches in the public areas were beautiful with fresh flower displays.

Staff all very attentive. I would recommend the hotel as a great base to explore Prague.

Luxury Sleep and Free Upgrade

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! I stayed with my colleague and we both share the same opinion. Both of us got lucky with a free upgrade to a higher room category! We only stayed for 2 nights but we had a chance to check out their Le Grill restaurant as well (see my other review). Since this was a business trip I really needed to be well rested and their beds are extremely comfortable! Over all, great experience, super attentive staff, 10 out of 10!

A Grand Week at The Grand Mark

We had a wonderful 6+ night stay at the Grand Mark for our first visit to Prague. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and walkable to just about anywhere — food, entertainment, shopping, shows, old town, Charles Bridge, etc. It's right next door to one the most beautiful bridges in Prague (The Powder Tower). It was fun walking through where old town meets new town each day. The hotel itself is very modern yet a touch of the baroque style its building was created in. A picturesque garden in the back of the space is a surprising delight... all with a fountain, deck, chess, sculptures and very well manicured plants and flowers galore. The room and accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for a longer stay. We had an executive suite with huge double windows that opened up to view the gardens. My only complaints about the entire stay would be that our shower smelled very moldy and musty and I could see mold growing. There also appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in our bedroom. The whole city felt damp though, and given the age of the building (1500s), maybe that's a challenge. The food, I was not so much a fan of. We ordered room service on multiple occasions and my salad was entirely soaked in dressing to where it was inedible. Those complaints are not necessarily memorable in my mind though, when I look back on the entire duration of the stay. Overall it was extremely pleasant, quiet, clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location.
