Different concept!

We had a 4 night stay at the hotel. The hotel is a different concept with the cool and hep vibe. The reception is a bar as well. The lighting throughout the hotel are very dim and you might is find it dingy but that's how its different. The food is superb at the restuarant. The service is courteous. The rooms are spacious as per the European standards and are neat & clean. At a reception there was a lean blonde in the morning who was extremely rude & shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry at all. The managers daniel and nikita were helpful & courteous. hotel is 30 mins walk to the centre and 5 mins taxi ride. Uber is easy to get and gud idea.

Nice modern/trendy looking hotel with a few pros/cons/suggestions.

I am writing this review following a night in my room where I had no sleep due to a Club event after party going on at the hotel bar until at least 3.30am on a Sunday night! As some famous DJs were staying there lots of party goers turned up in taxi loads with no control or supervision, from the minimal staff at the hotel. Music was turned off at midnight which was appreciated however lots of shouting until past 3am and still at 4am people were knocking on doors down our corridor which is located just above a large speaker and pool table in the bar.
First of all on our arrival (like every other guest) we were left thinking; were we in the right place or not? The reception is the bar? Very strange but everything in the hotel seems to be focused on the bar. A couple of signs on the main doors would help. We were told that we could not check in until 3pm. So we dropped our bags no problem with that. When we did check in we were not told anything, not even how to get upstairs or where the lifts were. Breakfast we would have to work out for ourselves. This by the way is mainly very good but needs more attention through the buffet being open. Coffee and juice is available through self service machines. There is no real guide in the rooms informing you of the local area or any trips and excisions. 2 single beds we had to push together with extremely cheap duvets and pillows which were not fit for purpose. No spare ones. The towels were mostly worn and there seems to be an issue in getting new ones. We asked for 2 towels last night and was bought 2 hand towels??! Handy when we had to use the original ones to mop up water from the rain shower that flooded the bathroom, (every time your shower went past 5 mins). TV is good with some free movies on it.
There is little storage space if staying for longer than a weekend. Rooms and hotel kept fairly clean.
A mirror above the desk and chair would be a good addition as most women like to sit down to put make up on with only one other dress mirror. Good secure windows and doors and room has a modern feel. Fairly good view from our first floor window. With ample lights and power sockets. The main issue as above is the noise from downstairs and the corridor. You get woken up at 7am with other guests and cleaners. Food in the bar is mainly good but not fantastic, just had some nice chicken wings but the celery with it was off. Nachos minimal effort. As I say the breakfast when all good is present is very good and has pretty much everything you can ask for. (Not sure about a toaster). Service in the bar is
sometimes good but very hit and miss to say the
least. Unless going to an event at the o2 of pick
Some were closer to town.
